Huddersfield Kirkgate/ M delivery.
I ordered the garlic nuggets meal at 1.20 am. When it was supposed to be delivered the driver gave me a soggy bag with about half a cup of coke in it after spilling and a bag with someone elses 4 bottles of fruit juice. NO food at all. I told him it was not my item and he said he must have given my food to someone else. He said he was going back to ask for it. When he came back after 20 mins he claimed she refused to open the door and threatened to call 999. Obviously lies. Again he gave me the bottles . I have complained to customer service and demanded my £12.05 back otherwise I will report it and go through court . My bank has been informed that I didn't order it. Now I wait. I will be back with an update.

Been trying to contact you for over a week, the guy you sent to deliver the food had the wrong food i ordered 5 meals with drinks he was handing over 1 small bag he asked for my code to see if it matched the code he had, he then said no it didn’t he then used my code to mark it as delivered and took the other persons small food order back and said he would bring my order back but never did. I have rang the restaurant 3 times, emailed and been ignored and rang customer service left 2 messages and had nothing back, can someone ring me back please!
Freezing food
Ordered food for my boys from McDonald’s through mcdelivery app at 18.20 food arrived at 19.41 stone cold ,I did try to complain but they just totally ignored it and thought it was acceptable to deliver freezing cold food !if they can’t deliver atleast warm food maybe they should not deliver at all!I will never ever use this service again! What a waste of money !and customer service is non existent!
Absolutely awful experience - Cold - No help
Ordered McDonald’s through the McDelivery app for my son’s birthday party. The food turned up 1 hour 20 minutes late, completely stone cold, with missing toys, wrong burgers, and missing nuggets. I spent ages on the phone with Uber Eats, who blamed McDonald’s. The restaurant told me to call head office, which is just an automated line that sent me back to Uber. No one has taken responsibility. The party was ruined, and I still haven’t had a proper response. Terrible service all round.
The absolute worst
Wrong food delivered, no way to contact anyone at all and could not eat the food delivered so paid for nothing. Next order, took 45 minutes to deliver so everything was freezing cold and inedible.

Ordered breakfast from the mcdelivery app, tracked the delivery, could see the driver was lost, could not communicate with the driver, my order got cancelled, drove to the store to complain, they directed me to the app and said I should contact uber for a refund. Took 2 hours to get a refund and did not get a breakfast that I ordered.i had to call three different places for the refund.
No one seems to care that you want food, the primary reason for using the website in the first place.
Not even the store manager or the senior manager provided me with any food.

Order was wrong, ordered the Archer Meal through the McDonald's App, but the burger didn't arrive.
Tried to contact but there is no easy way to make contact and raise issues, so i ended up driving over to collect a fresh order. 2 nd time this has happened lately.
Staff inside McDonald's were awesome and fixed the order quickly.
Use the takeaway or eat in the restaurant as the delivery service lately has been terrible.

Don't waste your money
I used to order food on here with no issues but then after a long shift I ordered food for me and my partner. The first time it was delivered all of my partners food was there but my quarter pounder meal with cucumber sticks were missing only my drink arrived. I tried calling the restaurant with no luck after multiple times so since I needed to eat I ordered just my meal again and I got my drink and burger and no cucumber sticks. I had to jump through hoops to get any sort of refund and then I only got £4.39. The fact in the end I had paid for a burger and 2 cucumber sticks I never got as well as having to pay the delivery and service charge twice is ridiculous. Never trust the delivery only use the app if you are doing collection so you can let the staff know straight away if something is missing and they can fix it straight away.

Ordered McDonald’s through Mcdelivery a few weeks back and some of the order was missing what was there was cold. McDonald’s wash their hands of a responsibility and tell us to contact Uber Eats but ultimately McDonald’s pack and seal the bags so how on earth can Uber eats delivery person know there was something wrong. Anyway as instructed I contact Uber Eats who refund me a couple of pounds because although the main item of my meal was missing I had cold soggy fries and a drink so they would only refund a third of the meal and alongside the £4 that I paid for delivery, large fries that got binned and a coke cost me nearly £10. Contact McDonald’s head office who did apologise and said they needed to do better. The trouble is they just don’t. I thought I’d try again last night and all the order was there however the fries were only half full and very undercooked and the whole order was again stone cold. I don’t know if it’s just the Hastings branch where they collect this food from but it is absolutely awful and I’m done. Sadly everybody I have spoken to about Mcdelivery experiences problems and are directed to Uber Eats only to get nowhere.
Food Poisoning & Non-Existent Support
This service is absolutely ridiculous, every single time I've ordered through this service there is a major issue with the orders and most recently today I got food poisoning from a burger item because it was not cooked. This is a poor excuse of a business and honestly fraudulent as I reported this issue and the matter was not taken seriously and always told nothing can be done, whilst my health has been affected by their poor quality items, I threw up profusely and now feeling poorly meanwhile the business takes no accountability for this serious health concern, offers no assistance whatsoever and contacting support is redundant as they only reply with the same set of responses all rigged to say nothing can be done. The food poisoning issue was ignored and no compensation offered, just incompetent service and fraudulent business. I would score -10 if I could.

I’ve given up ordering McDelivery, everytime I have, something went wrong! Cold food, wrong order, something missing and this last time, my order said it was delivered but I didn’t receive it! Money wasted!! Hungry and disappointed child and I lost money!!

Ordered of food £35 and was never delivered, can’t get through to customer service. Spoke to the restaurant manager who couldn’t do anything as she said it was ordered through uber eats and isn’t their responsibility. Never ordering from either again shouldn’t be allowed to run businesses this way, disgusting
