Positive ongoing experience
I've had an extremely positive experience studying AAT Level 2 with McArthur Morgan. Learning online can feel a bit daunting at first, especially after being out of formal education for a long time, but the course has been very well organised and easy to follow throughout. A big thank you to tutor Doug, whose teaching and delivery of the topics has been excellent. He explains the topics in a way that when combined with the offline learning materials just clicks, making even the more challenging areas much easier to understand.
I've genuinely enjoyed the course so far and am getting good results in assessments while it's given me the confidence to progress through the exams. I'd happily recommend McArthur Morgan to anyone thinking about studying for an AAT qualification online.

My experience has been positive and positvely challenging
My experience has been positive and very insightful. The courses as well as enrolment process has been seamless and structured in a way that enables easy navigation, informative lessons with videos and study manual to facilitate a smooth transition into a new career path. Lisa Sharp, in particular, was incredible helpful and always prompt to reply with iin-depth information regarding any course queries and all matters involving registration and payments. Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed, and still enjoying the course and how it equips one with all the necessary preparation and revision materials to obtain the desired qualification.

McArthur Morgan GREAT - Lisa is amazing
I must say i have been with McArthur Morgan since March 24 starting my studies from Level two and now i am one exam away from completing level 3. I must they the biggest thing which has helped me acheive this is Lisa Sharp. It took me 9 months to do my first exam and then speaking with Lisa i switched to classes and well.... it went leaps and bounds another 3 exams in 9 months and now im this far through level 3 and already enrolled into level 4. The constant on hand support and motivation she gives me is essential and i cannot wait to go through level 4 and complete the course and i feel she is just as excited for me to complete as i am. Highly recommend the classes, tutors and course are truly brilliant

Well done once again, and thank you for choosing to study with us at McArthur Morgan.
Tom patiently responded to the masses…
Tom patiently responded to the masses of questions I asked via email, but there's generally too much reliance on Kaplan (who are far from infallible). Most of the videos are just parroting Kaplan (in my opinion).
Tom is the only reason I'm staying with this provider. He even went out of his way to provide careers guidance and help with Xero, which I really appreciate. My only issue with him was at times getting him to see something from another perspective. This was particularly apparent during the PoBC module. Specifically the AAT's traffic light tests, and past paper solutions.
Cost/pricing was reasonable, and being able to pay in installments made life easier.
EDIT* Unfortunately, I had to deal with Doug while Tom was on annual leave and he was absolutely insufferable. He went way overboard with a few of his replies and even started talking about my brain. I found this incredibly condescending and uncalled for. He proceeded to email me up til 02:30am desperately trying to explain how his condescending comment wasn't condescending. I tried to write it off as a personality clash but in the end I had to politely ask him to stop contacting me, but even then he couldn't resist replying!

Excellent Experience!
I just wanted to say thank you to Alan and the team at McArthur Morgan. Alan especially for his support throughout and taking an interest in my progress. As a 'senior' online student, I found the process totally flexible, help is there when you need it, but to be honest the whole process is straightforward in terms of access to the literature and recorded lessons. You've just got to put the work in! And I was pleased to pass with 88% now MAAT and aat Licenced, and just launched my own practice. So big thank you, a great experience and value for money from a dedicated team.
