Customer service is great thanks for help me with my order

I didn’t get order confirmation, and I was so scared to lose my money, I’m glad that the people in support was able to help me.

All i got from this company is a good deal and I am very thankful for that

I purchased Maxpeedingrods coilover last November 2023; I was very happy with their service back then and I am even more satisfied and happy with their service today as they helped me fixed the problem I have with my current coilovers. Shoutout to Echo, excellent service! Would recommend this with my friends.

My 3Kw dual-fuel inverter generator from Maxspeedingrods worked great except the display module was flashing every second. I contacted them and they sent me a video that showed how to ensure connecting cable was secure. It was, so problem continued. Then they shipped me a new display module from Hong Kong and another video to install. I installed it no problem and (new) display kept flashing (even tho the generator was still working to produce electricity). Anyway, I wanted a warranty exchange and they instead sent a brand new generator which worked flawlessly out of the box (after adding oil). That's some pretty good customer service. Well done.

Excellent company. They have great communication and strive to make customers happy.

I had an issue with one of my struts, and they were quick to get the issue resolved. Super friendly and understanding.

Make you buy without fear. One of the best without a doubt in this business; I got broken one dumper, I text and they take care of it… amazing quality, right on time, no delays.

I reached out to them about a potential problem and without hesitation they were willing to help and did actually help resolve issue. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in years! I would definitely recommend them.

Disgraceful customer service, failed product cost Me 2 family trips. They expected Me to pay shipping for the failed part, I have just had a stroke, I do not need this anxiety and stress because of maxpeedingrods failed, sub std suspension products
