Breeches fit perfectly, although for winter breeches they are to thin, they are more suitable for temperatures above 10 degrees celsius

We have had several winter-specific options for bottoms this season, with the Arctic Breeches being our warmest design - this would be our recommendation for really cold climates, while the Winter Pro Leggings are a more moderate option ;)
The sizing for this product is ridiculous
The sizing for this product is completely incorrect. I am a uk size 12 and need an extra large for this company. This is clearly designed to ensure larger women can’t wear their products as their ‘extra large’ is the final size option. I sent the company a photo of the 26” waist leggings, which is a uk size 8 with some stretch which , realistically is a size uk 10. No response. I told them it is both dangerous and morally unethical, as the company is clearly marketed towards young women. It is a real shame because both the quality and design are excellent. Women deserve better and this company, regardless of size lets us all down. One star for quality. Zero stars for customer service, ethics and the £32 return cost.

We are sorry to hear this has been your experience. As we explained on our email when you first reached out to us with your concerns, our products are generally designed to fit close to the skin - if customers are looking for a looser fit that is completely fine, of course, but this usually means they will need to size up in our range.
As for measurements taken of the garment on the flat, please bear in mind that these are not meant to coincide with body measurements, as the fabrics are elastic and the pieces are expected to stretch for a close fit like we show in our product pictures. This waist measurement for the flat garment can also change from one model to another to account for different construction and fabric characteristics, precisely because the stretch in each case can be different - again, this measurement alone doesn't provide enough information about fitting, which is why we usually ask for the customer's measurements before giving a personalized sizing recommendation. Still, we understand that size ranges can always be improved on, of course, given the variety of body types, and we are happy to take all customer feedback to our product development team for consideration.
We were aware that the cost of return for customers outside the EU was higher to account for import duties back into Spain, which is why the team has been working on alternatives for a while. We are happy to report that significant improvements are now active, with exchanges being free for all customers and much lower return costs, even from outside the EU - you can check all new rates on our website.
Once again, we are very sorry that your experience with our products has not been ideal. We hope that our explanation helps clear your concerns, as excluding a part of our customer base has never been our intention.

Positivo: la calidad de la tela y los diseños.
Negativo: unos breeches honour se descosieron el primer uso y no reconocieron la falla, no hicieron el cambio aunque si me reconocieron un voucher por un porcentaje del valor. la ultima compra, tuve problemas con el envio, que nunca lllego a domicilio, he reclamado infinidad de veces y ahora quieren que pague el costo de la devolución y un nuevo envio, por el mismo UPS que es un correo caro y poco eficiente. mas de 30 euros de shipping cost por no tener nada..... ??? Jamas tuve problema con privatesportshop, ni mybreeches, ni ebay.... no comprare mas, hay infinidad de marcas con muy buena calidad y mejor servicio post venta.
Una marca buena pero con puntos a mejorar en atención a clientes.

Sentimos que esta haya sido tu experiencia con nuestra marca. Lamentamos que no estés satisfecha con la compensación propuesta a tu reclamación, pero por favor ten en cuenta que cada caso se evalúa individualmente en base a la gravedad del problema y su impacto (o no) en la vida útil y uso de la prenda - si nos confirmas tu número de pedido podemos revisarla de nuevo sin problema, especialmente si el problema original se ha agravado.
En cuanto a los problemas con el envío que nos comentas, de nuevo confírmanos por favor el número del pedido afectado y podremos revisar la situación. Sólo se requiere que el cliente cubra gastos adicionales de transporte en casos donde la entrega falla por causas ajenas al control de la empresa o del transportista, algo que se encuentra detallado en nuestra página web. En cualquier otro caso, los gastos de transporte quedan prepagados cuando el envío sale de nuestras instalaciones, por lo que el cliente nunca tendrá que abonar ninguna cantidad adicional.

Great quality clothing and delivered on time, but would have been good if duties can be included in price or disclosed when buying. Sizes of tops are also a bit small, I would size up on the next order. I wasn’t aware I needed to pay duties until it was delivered.

The delivery was fast, quality of clothing is amazing however the top was a tad tight although I took a size up. Also, I wanted to buy the same set but in a different color but my size has been sold out for the past few months. Overall, I would order from your website again.

Free returns and refunds are not available and shirts run small
I ordered 3 long sleeves (base layer and polo) and they all run super small. I bought their air long sleeve in the same size and it was perfect, so i ordered other shirts in Small as well but they fit totally differently. Now I’m kind of stuck with 3 shirts i can’t wear and unfortunately they don’t have free shipping or return, and if i decide to return I’m going to lose over $50. This is upsetting. Be careful when choosing size especially with shirts.

As for returns, we unfortunately cannot offer a free return service at this point, as it is stated in our returns policy that customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning product back to us. We do offer return labels at a flat rate, with varying costs depending on your area - these rates can be consulted on our website, and ensure that customers will know the full cost of the operation beforehand.

Cloth nice but if you want to sent something back…
Everything is great! The package arrives on time and is nicely packaged. And then you send two items back from an order worth €700, so the order is still worth almost €500 and you have to pay €12 for the return. That really spoiled my really good impression and I don't think I will order from there again. Especially since I hadn't seen any announcement on the website that returns cost money.

We strive to give our customers the best conditions available to us, but please bear in mind that, as explained on our return policy, it is still the responsibility of the customer to cover all return related costs.
We have made this faster and easier with the implementation of our online returns platform, which has flat rates for return labels depending on the customers location. All of this information, including rates, is publicly available on our returns policy and can be consulted at any point before or after purchase, so that customers can make informed decisions, of course.
Reklamationsabwicklung unverschämt
Oberteile top, Reitlegging kam leider mit Flecken, wurde für 12 Euro! zurück geschickt, was noch nicht einmal über ein no-label Portal geht, wie bei vielen anderen. Ergebnis: Flecken könnten nicht auf der Hose gewesen sein, die Flecken müssten bei der Anprobe entstanden sein. Keine Rückerstattung, also rd. 100 Euro bezahlt für nichts.
Leider absolut nicht zu empfehlen, besser bei Maya Delorez bestellen, da war immer alles top und der Service prima.

As is stated on our website and we explained in our communication, in cases when an item arrives with visible defects/stains we require notification of this from the customer, so each case may be evaluated and resolved by our team. Unfortunately, we received no prior communication from you at any point between you receiving the item and it arriving back at our premises via our regular returns process, at which point we had no way of quickly ascertaining the origin of the stains.
Still, both our team at our manufacturer evaluated your case before confirming that the stains could not have happened during the manufacturing, storage or shipping process - this was concluded based on the nature of the stains, which was very different from those that can appear during production, and their location and extension.
This all meant that, in compliance with our public returns policy, the item could not be accepted as it did not return in brand-new and clean condition. At this point, we offered to ship the item back to you, of course, which you refused.
As for the cost of returning product, please bear in mind that our flat fees are only to cover the return label, as customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs in any case. For customers within the EU, we can also accept returns or exchanges where the customer arranges the return shipment on their own, outside our platform - we only require previous notice so our team can file and confirm your request and prepare accordingly. All of this information is also stated on our returns policy, and can be consulted at any point before or after purchase.
We are sorry that you have had this bad experience with our store, but please keep in mind that we are only applying our service policies as they are written.
