First off the website itself has a great selection of toys and all things your adored cat needs.
Okay we placed an order and within 24hrs we were notified said product was out of stock and available in a month or so.
So we were offered a full refund or a selection of alternatives the alternative was actually probably a better choice anyways .
This was offered at no extra cost which shows great customer service.
another example of this service was with the postage as royal mail made an error and added £10 surcharge this was paid immediately by max&woodys..
So all in all great experience also the product itself is top tier quality

Not to order anymore!

I had ordered a cat igloo last April 10. I received a tracking details from their partner courrier that it will be delivered within 4days. I made a follow up on companys email and stated that item isnt available to canada and will sort out from germany. Its already 11 days in total and never received any updates from them. Totally disappointed and I wont recommend this store.

Excellent customer service from this company. This is the second time I have used them to purchase toys for my cat. Their products are well made and very good quality. Emails are replied to swiftly and in a personal and friendly manner, and I really can't fault them. My cat loves their products, so I will definitely be placing more orders in the future.

Max and Woodys helped us out by quickly shipping us two cat carriers so we could take our buddies with us to Canada.
Really appreciated their amazing customer service.
