I order my coat for a Christmas gift…
I order my coat for a Christmas gift for my son on 11/2819 and have never received the coat. It was supposed to arrive within 10 days. I was sent an email on 12/1619 stating that they needed more time and that my coat would arrive in another 10 days. I had 1 live chat which i have a copy of stating that all was well and I would be receiving the coat "soon". I have sent 2 emails since that live chat and got no response whatsoever. It is now 1/11/2020and still no coat or response. What is going on with this company and their business ethics????

Hi Lisa
We sincerely apologize that you had to face all this. We were not expecting such a great response on our jackets but customers love the quality and style. We are copping up with the orders and trying our best to ship products as early as possible. We will look into your order details and get back to you.

Never delivered my coat!!
I ordered a coat since 12/22/19. It is now 1/7/20 and still no shipping confirmation or order. The company kept replying with the same email that they will send confirmation and never do. Thank goodness the credit card company canceled Christmas on them. Stay away from this fraudulent and pestilence of a company.

Hi Sarry Nemorin-Davis
We are extremely sorry that you have to face this issue with us. We are having problems regarding shipping because of the overwhelming response from customers on our jackets, we are lagging behind on some orders. We will be looking into your order details and try to compensate it.

The quality of shearling bomber Jacket from Mauvetree is…
The quality of shearling Mauvetree is just out of the world. No one is selling a “REAL” shearling in such a price. Other online retailers fool you by selling faux shearling but you guys are doing a wonderful job. Customer service is great and shipping fast.
