Total fraud . I took three day trial for £3.87 they charged me 3.87 then £22.96 then three times 7 total of almost £48 without authorisation . I was lucky my credit card raised fraud alert and I was able to reverse

I never agreed to join another. So I called the billing company only to be told that as I joined mature dating they offer partner websites offering 3 day trials and unless you uncheck the box they automated add you to a months subscription

I wish I had read the reviews before signing up to the website. I had a bad time and am happy to have deleted my account. I stupidly paid for the trial for 3 days, and only used it for two days. I messaged about 50 women, and all you get is someone who 'likes' your pictures of your profile, but when contacting them, Nothing. If you are looking for a dating website, I can't stress enough that you won't find love on this website. Even deleting your profile, you have to call them and ask them to delete your profile for you and cancel any subscriptions. The same company had the audacity to aak for my genuine review to be removed, because these idiots are not only scamners, but also claim that my review was fake. My reviews are ALL Genuine. And by the way this company has created have been adding my details to different sister websites and been trying to debit more money from me, but luckily my bank notified me and the bank have put maturedating and all the other dating sites they own, on their fraudsters list. These criminals are SCUM.

Much the same as a few other reviews, signed up for a short trial on one site (Cupid dating), cancelled that (which took 2 attempts) and was automatically set-up on this site with a 'free trial', without my permission. That of course then converted to a recurring payment which proved hard to cancel, and during that process they tried to set me up with another 'free trial' on yet another site!
My anti virus now blocks the site with the message
'HTML:DatingScam-F[Scam]
Scam - This threat aims to trick you into giving an attacker your personal information or money.'
Think that says it all!

Would not give any stars really. SCAM!! The took two payments over £40 that I did not authorise. Tried to complete the refund form but could not “submit’ for days. Tried to complain but they were not interested. It’s all about money! Today received refusal to refund. I asked them to send be proof of my accepting to pay them anything. Not interested! Terrible experience. It seems that most of these dating apps are all run by the same company. I am so angry! Steer clear!

MatureDating SCAM Alert
Mature Dating and its sister sites (Cupid, onadate, dating for parents etc.) are a scam. I paid $3.87 for a 3 day trial but they signed me up for and charged me for several other (recurring) services totally $87. And they even registered me in their various fake dating websites without my prior knowledge until I saw my bank statement. The profiles are all fake and AI generated messages. Stay away from them.
Plus they make it really difficult to cancel recurring charges. You’ll have to call to speak with an agent whose main goal is to force you to not cancel.

The entity in question has charged my credit card despite having provided written confirmation of my cancellation. This conduct is fraudulent and constitutes a deceptive business practice. I am now compelled to pursue legal remedies to address this matter.
I strongly advise others to exercise caution and refrain from signing up for any trial offers from this entity, as they continue to unlawfully charge customers even after issuing cancellation confirmations. Furthermore, their business practices are questionable, as they propose additional trial offers instead of honoring prior cancellations, and fail to respond appropriately to written communications. Resolution requires direct phone contact, where communication barriers due to inadequate language proficiency further complicate the process.
