Perfection
Can not fault anything!
I asked for a lot of detail, they’ve gone above and beyond what I imagined!
Extremely happy! Delivery was pretty good considering what I asked for.
Communication was perfect at every step of the way.

Overall very great
Fast shipping. Good communication. I ordered a pair of dunk low and a pair of AF1. They were both amazing and I really like the detailed customisation.

Hi Sara, any customs charges is not a charge from us, it's a charge from your country's customs and that's why the money isn't being requested from us. As you can see on the website, if you're from the EU you will be subject to customs and duty charges as we're a UK company and no longer part of the European Union. This is clearly outlined on the website to avoid any confusion or surprises. The reason you are receiving payment requests from customs is because the shoes are in your country being held by customs. I have just checked shipping and we shipped them 2 weeks after your order being placed. Unfortunately until the customs charge is paid, you will not receive the shoes as customs will keep hold of them.

EXCITEMENT ENDED IN DISAPPOINTMENT
Very excited to receive the custom Jordan 1 Cactus Joggers Low. Unfortunately, disappointed in the workmanship of the sewing(received unraveling on the inverted swoosh and both outer gray material). Also, the shoe string organizer was replaced with a cheaper material and no longer has 23 on it like the original shoe and in your pictures. Requesting to speak to someone in regards to these issues. Will provide pictures.

True to the Game
As I came across the promotion for the shoes I loved the concept because it was different from other customs I've seen. I decided to place my order and what do you know, I got exactly what I saw and I'm very satisfied with the in hand product. Keep reaching for new heights Mattb and you have a customer for life!!!

Although I love their designs on the display, additionally the professionalism from the team and customer service - the customized LD I purchased were not ideally what I was expecting. The item is likable, but I don’t love it. The color was truly off.

Thanks for your review Tiffany, we’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your customs! We colour matched the colourway to the image you sent over, but as that image was taken in high level lighting it will appear differently under different light. If you’re unhappy with them, we’re more than happy to amend them for you, please drop a message to us and we can discuss the process! We hope we can get this sorted for you!
