Amazing shoes! Incredibly well done, very high-quality.

I unfortunately have to write this review to showcase the lack of value MattB customs appears to have for customers. I confirmed via email that my sneakers could be completed in the 3 week time frame I had. I sent a detailed email on my sneaker design right after someone from MattB responded that they will be able to complete the project in the alloted time frame. Then…nothing. No communication for over 1 week even though I sent multiple emails requesting an update. I finally get a response 6 days before I need my sneakers simply stating they have been moving studio spaces so things have been hectic and they had to prioritize OTHER customers instead. In the email they also attempted to skew the timeline even though every communication is clearly saved in emails. I am now left with no way to have my sneakers done for my husbands 40th birthday since they have left me with only 6 days. Very disappointing.

Update: It is not surprising that in the response MattB customs is again changing the timeline to fit their narrative. They failed to mention that I received an email from them on 4/15 stating it was possible to complete my project “depending on my design.” So I sent them a very detailed email with my design idea the same day. The reason I sent this 2nd email to confirm that the project was possible was precisely because 4 weeks had passed since my initial contact. When MattB responded 5 days later that it was possible I stopped searching for alternatives to get my sneakers done. And that is when they ghosted me until I received an email stating it was no longer possible for them.

When a company fails to deliver it is very disappointing. But a company that then tries to gaslight, change facts to fit their timeline, AND fails to take accountability, says a whole other thing about its values

The customer service team always responded quickly and clearly, explaining the delay. In the end, the shoes arrived, and I am absolutely thrilled with them! Great quality and excellent service. Highly recommended!

The washed out colorway on the Jordan 1 lows turned out awesome. For the price you cannot beat these customs. I’m impressed

Easy from start to finish.

The product itself turned out great, not excellent because our pantone colors we're perfectly matched but they looked stunning. I didn't have the best customer service as I would have to email a couple time (days spread within) to get a response. Luckily the shoes came in the day before my event to gift them, but it took about 2 months total from the very first email till receiving them in the US traveling from UK.

You guys did not have the style of shoes that was originally picked. I appreciate great & honest communication to make sure you gave other options and allowed us to pick. Most companies would have just pick for us with the attitude. "You get what we give you."
