If I had to complain about something; my order took a few days to ship out, but IMHO if you're worried about getting something asap, you shouldn't be ordering online anyway.

The best blem set on the internet.
Dylan is the best and super helpful with all CS needs. This blem set is fantastic and will be getting another for my next build for sure.

I’ll try them again…
Well I ordered a stripped upper for my new build and paid for two day shipping….. that being said it took me almost 9 days to receive my item. Not only that, the holes for the take down pins are slightly off making it very difficult to assemble the upper and lower receiver which is also Matrix Arms.
I’m gonna buy one more upper and lower receiver from them to see if maybe it was a fluke on machining.
I will say the machining and coating is very good.

They delivered as promised. Got my order in about 3 weeks which isn’t bad at all considering I ordered stuff that was on back order.

80% Lower
The shipping was a little long but it arrived exactly as described! Can’t wait to start to build it. Ordered March 7th arrived March 29th.

Sold me blems but whatev
Ordered 2 G19 slides. Website showed they were in stock but it took 10 days before they shipped. I tried contacting Matrix Arms via their website contact form and also by phone but received no response. When I received the slides the DLC finish showed blemishes on both. Not gonna bother reaching out to them. I'm using a kagwerks slide release which will mar the slide anyway so whatever, gun still looks good.
