Matrix Arms Anmeldelser

Great team working at Matrix, awesome quality and will definitely buy more from y’all in the future!

I ordered a MX19 Elite complete frame with the 3lb trigger during the Black Friday Sale and couldn't be happier with it. It was great to see that Matrix Arms spends so much time with the machining as well as the fit and finish. I had a new L2D Combat complete slide that I had planned on assembling to the Matrix frame, however the tight tolerances made it impossible to get together. After talking with a Matrix Arms representative, they directed me to send both in for it to be fitted properly. The turnaround time was less than a week and slide to frame fit was perfect. I would recommend Matrix Arms to anyone who takes pride in owning and shooting amazing firearms. They have certainly exceeded my expectations.

Excellent glock 19. Great service.

Always very nice and helpful, very prompt answering my questions.

They had a product that is hard to find.
Pricing was good
Delivered in good time and good condition.
Product shipped was the wrong part. Contacted the company and they made it right and are sending out the correct part. Was impressed with the attitude and service.
Will happily use them again. Good company.

Everytime I called for an update the call was answered and expectations set..

Matrix is an absolutely amazing company. Support is just as good. I have had numerous lowers and stripped uppers over the years. I had one lower that somehow ended up polished and was not square. I emailed them explained and attached pictures. A new one was sent no questions asked. All the sharp edges are removed and seem blasted dull. I have milled wiped with alcohol and cremated with amazing results. Mostly rifle items in my experience but have been saving and can not wait to get a mx-19 in my hands. Thanks for all you guys and gals do

Great website

It started with a great Black Friday sale. Then it was a fast response time to ship the order. Upon receipt, inspection revealed a lower that is a work of art!
Outstanding company!

Great company to deal with, great products and excellent customer service. Will be making future purchases. Thanks Dylan.

Great lowers, m16 trigger pocket , great service. Took 10days to ship, but once I reached out to them they shipped it the next day with 2day air shipping. Great service, great quality lowers.

Products are great. Have the full MX-19 and additonal slide and threaded barrel. It has been flawless! Customer service is exceptional. There has never been a time when the staff wasn’t available for questions or support.

Great product, saddle fit perfectly matching my mossburg 590 retro barrel heat shield.

I like your product I just wish you would be more up to date on when the packages will be delivered

Fast delivery awesome products for great prices!

I'm really happy with the 7 inch carbon fiber hand guard it exceeded my expectations of look an feel once it was on my pistol build. Shipping was on point too. May look into getting a second one for my 9mm upper.

After 3 weeks of no contact about my order, I tried contacting matrix for an update, I tried calling several times, I left voice mails on every person's inbox, I tried emailing with no response, I finally found matrix on Facebook and messaged there and got a response. Product is great but communication could be miles better.

Absolutely beautiful finish. I only wish you made a hand guard in this color.
