Excellent service.

Really nice team. We hired Master Gas to replace a boiler in an old flat, which still had a massive boiler tank. They were incredibly knowledgeable and kind with their time, explaining all of our options and their recommendation.

Very honest and transparent pricing.

The work was seamless, completed in 2 days and with excellent workmanship. They also gave us clear advice on maintenance and repairs.

We will definetly be calling them back for yearly maintenance and other works. Cannot recommend them enough.

We couldn’t recommend Master Gas more! They first came out when we noticed an issue with our central heating, and got to the root of the problem quickly and efficiently. We needed a new boiler and they were able to get us up and running with a great deal within a week. Tam and his team have been brilliant - they detected an unknown gas leak, which they handled immediately and went out of their way offering insight, outside of their remit, into an ongoing issue with our property that had stumped three other engineers who were supposedly specialists in that field.
Their aftercare and customer service has been above and beyond. It’s a minefield trying to find great engineers and contractors to solve vital issues around the house and we could not be happier that we came across Master Gas London. Even our dog loves them! THANK YOU TAM AND TEAM!

I love these guys!! I first had Ed and his team over about three years ago, when there was a gas leak on my oven (after a bad experience with another gas engineer) they fixed it straight away.
I’ve used them for our yearly boiler checks ever since.
They’re so helpful: they go out of their way to help you out and try their hardest to fit you an as soon as possible.
They also send the service records or any proof of work over in an email- which I find so helpful.

From start to finish Ed was nothing but helpful and professional! He came to the rescue after my insurance sent an incompetent engineer and was quickly able to fix the problem after a very stressful week. I could not recommend him more and he’s the only engineer I’ll be using from now on.

Rarely do you find a services utility company with such attention to customer service - just brilliant from initial communication, advice on boiler replacement and then the quality of work on the day. Totally recommend - they deserve to do well.

Technician, Toni, came out to my house this morning to hook up new pool heater, propane. Very knowledgeable, very professional and very polite. Toni walked me through the whole process and I even learned a few things. Very Pleased.

I had Master Gas come to fit a new radiator in my newly converted garage. I was very pleased with the job and the guys were lovely and friendly and knew what they were doing. I totally recommend Master Gas and will be using them again very soon.

Mastergas (Ed) fitted a thermostat for us, which I am glad we did, not only for the reason that mastergas advised us too as it would be beneficial both economically & financially but for the fact that we chose mastergas for the job. Friendly, polite, courteous, professional & honest service. One of the best tradesman services ever received.
Whilst here the boiler was playing up which Ed (mastergas) had a look at, now not only do I have a house that is not too hot or too cold but perfect! (Thermostat) the boiler is working as good as new, thanks to mastergas.
