Wow wish I would have Googled the reviews before ordering. Ordered Aug 20th. Here it is today September 7th still don't have a tracking number or a update.

Do not buy from this company do not trust them they are liars they are thieves they will take your money they will promise delivery within two weeks it says in black and white they will ship nothing they generate fake tracking numbers they will not respond to your emails there is over 400 complaints with a better Business bureau in the state of Texas they say they manufacture in the US they do not everything is subbed out to China and drop shipped he works out of his house and a shed. They are nothing but a bunch of criminals that are running this company they advertise they defraud and they steal your money

Horrible business. Doesnt answer emails or phone calls..then lies to you about which glasses you can use or have. Two pair of Rx Sunglasses to the tune of $438. And they tell me the glasses I chose wont work even though they are listed under Rx Sunglasses....Demanded a refund and yet to have heard from them. BUYER BEWARE

I wish I'd read the reviews here before I ordered from them. They didn't send a confirmation email as promised, so I called the next morning to confirm that my order went through. No one answered, so I left a voicemail requesting clarification.

When I didn't receive a return call, I emailed. No answer. I then requested a refund, as I'd lost all confidence in the order being completed in a timely fashion. Five days after order, they replied that it would be a 20% fee to cancel the order.

This seems more like a scheme to generate money than a good faith attempt to provide value and service at a fair price. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra dollars to buy from a reputable company. I wish I did.

Ordered a pair of prescription shades and after 7 weeks a pair with 2 completely diff lenses arrived. As soon as I put them on I noticed like I was wearing 3d glasses. And from the front, one lens clearly has a chrome mirror- the other does not. After receiving approval for refund they sent an email saying only 50% because this is what was made. Wish I could upload a pic...

Cannot get anyone to call or write me back. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They have had my glasses over a month and a half. I will be getting a refund.

They do not answer their phones. They do not respond to email inquires. They are run by Zendesk, which makes them completely void of customer service.
Marvel messed up my prescription and and made themselves unavailable.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered my 10 year old son a pair of glasses on 5/9/23. He picked out the glasses that he wanted as his glasses he’s currently wearing are broken and scratched so we wanted a nice pair. Through looking at the glasses on Marvel Optics website they looked like a legit company and like the glasses would be great! My son has very poor vision so finding him GOOD glasses isn’t always easy. It said it would take up to 14 business days to make & ship them. It is now 6/17/23, technically 28 business days, and they JUST shipped them out today. And that’s after I sent 3 emails, a complaint to the BBB and my last email I threatened to involve my lawyer. Kinda funny that I said if they didn’t ship them within the next couple of days or give me a refund my lawyer would be contacting them and then all of a sudden the glasses are shipped, yet the last email, a week and 3 days before this, I was told they were “almost ready to go out the door”. Hmm. They obviously don’t know what 14 business days are as there’s many other complaints against them as well, some that people don’t even receive them at all. They didn’t even respond to the BBB complaint. Literally the worst company. I’d never order from them again. Paid almost $300 for glasses and have gotten the worst customer service (can’t even get ahold of them on the phone and the chat option always says they aren’t available to send an email).

This company advertises a 100% RISK FREE GAURENTEE . I authorized to charge to my credit card for $283 and change. There was a small delay in my order at first as a certain measurement for the prescription was not provided. After that it took several weeks more for my order to be filled. On receiving the order fresh out of the box the glasses were made of a cheap plastic and had a deformity in them that wasn’t easy to see but did not allow the glasses to sit on my face properly crooked on one side. Also the lenses being prescription sunglasses the shape of these lenses created a fisheye effect that wasn't able to see properly. Note, I have been wearing glasses for 52 years and consider myself well-versed on the proper design of glasses. I requested a refund and was ignored by this company's customer service. I insisted upon speaking with the manager and was denied as they claim no one was available. Since then the glasses have been sent back and have yet to receive a full refund, READ THE ENTIRE REURN POLICY, FIND WHERE IT SAYS 50% REFUND. Do yourself a favor, Google “ MARVEL OPTICS REVIEWS” all reviews across the internet are negative! The BBB has a “F” rating for this company. I will post this review on every review board I can find until these speedballs are out of business. THE PRODUCT IS GARBAGE!

If I could have left 0 stars I would have. Wish I could have read the reviews before throwing away my money on these thieves. I ordered a pair of sunglasses February 2023, they came with the wrong prescription, received them a month later and were not what I ordered, sent them back and asked for a refund and was told I would only get half my money back February 2023 23rd, and still waiting for my "half" refund and this is April 2023 22nd. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THEIVES !!!!!!1

Horrible company! They will rip you off. They won’t ship your product or respond to inquiries. When you are forced to file a dispute with your credit card company they will then refund 80% so that you are screwed out of 20%. Great scam and the credit card companies don’t care.

I recently ordered a pair of expensive sunglass frames from Marvel Optics. My credit card was immediately charged for the frames. After 7 days and receiving no communication from Marvel Optics, I began inquiring about the status of the order. I sent multiple emails and left phone messages over a one week period. Marvel Optics never responded. I had to request a transcation cancellation through my credit card company. It took about 4 days, but Marvel Optics responded to Chase and refunded my money. MARVEL OPTICS NEVER EVER CONTACTED ME! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I only wish I read these reviews before I ordered a custom prescription pair of sunglasses for $380+.
Took my money in January and ever since the glasses are "in the lab."

I asked for a manager and was put on hold for over an hour. I called back and had the same experience.

When I asked to cancel my order, I was advised there would be a 20% cancellation fee for an order they clearly never intended to fill.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS OBVIOUS ONLINE THEFT SCHEME!!!

This place is a scam. I ordered safety glasses over a month ago. I still have not received them. I even contacted them or someone and said the glasses were shipped out a week. It is all a scam. They scammed me out of 138.00 dollars. And I am reporting them to FTC.

I am going to give them the lowest review because of the following:-

I ordered Mid November only to be told they had lost my order in December (after tracking told me it was being prepared), then they offered me an upgrade. It is now Mid January and no preparation status.

They ignore my emails now.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, this is a terrible experience.

TERRIBLE company to order glasses from with the WORST customer service. Their actual product is horrible as well. Take your business elsewhere!

I am with the other review in that 1 star is too many. They emailed 2 weeks after I ordered and said that I would be getting eyeglasses before the end of the month. They took 8 more weeks to respond to my emails. I ordered the eyeglasses on October 10 2022 and didn’t receive until December 10 2022 when I received them they botched the prescription. What I received was a pair of glasses that were poorly made and the prescription was wrong. “ I would strongly urge you not to go here for anything related to eyewear”. Online eyeglass centers are no good and are not ready for functional usage by the consumer. They just sit there somewhere in internet land waiting for an order that they botch so when you ask for a refund they hit you with their fees. “ STAY AWAY from MarvelOptics”!

Stay away. Wish I saw reviews before I ordered. Ordered 2 frames a month and a half ago. After 2 weeks I called and was told they would ship in 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks later, same thing. 2 weeks later told them get them out. They said will be shipped in a few days. A week later I was told the frames are out of stock. Now hoping I get my money back! Place is a huge rip off.

Customer no service, it's like they disappear after they get your money.

It took me 2 weeks to receive my frames but everything was perfect transaction went good...
No problem with service
