I have used Martz a few times in the last few months and they have been uneventful and pleasant.
On the 18th of June I took a bus trip from Scranton, PA to Boston it was a Greyhound trip returning on the 21st. The first leg of my trip was a Martz Trailway from Scranton to NY uneventful. Second bus was stuck on side of road for 5 hours. Going home on Monday missed my bus to Scranton 2:20 in afternoon was told I could not get bud till 530am Tuesday I crossed the street to a Martz Trailways and the man there had me on a bus at 4:30 Monday and I arrived in Scranton 2 hours later than I was suppose to. It was very frightening to me a d Martz Trailways saved the day.

Bus was overcrowded very hot an uncomfortable an NO SIGN OF ANY COVID PRECAUTIONS GOING ON!!!! TERRIBLE SITUATION.With the nickeling an dimming ur charging for the tickets, why isn't it being put into making the customers more comfortable????

Commuters are furious. Bus is less full already. Docking rides? The horror stories of your new reservation system are everywhere. No reservation & the driver's instructed to not let you board? Really? Try that during Christmas with families with kids and see how fast the local news media picks up on it. I can see it now: stranded Bukowski family with Tiny Tim sleeps on Port Authority floor, eats in soup kitchen to have money to pay Martz bus tickets twice. to get home: Denied boarding because they took a later bus and in the magic of NY Christmas, lost track of time and did not reschedule their reservation--- ( If you only dock commuters, and not the tourists here comes the law suits) I can see the mobs of angry families who visit NYC and always take a later bus than they reserved being double charged and/or not being allowed to board. God bless the drivers who will have to carryout your new found scheme to bilk working slobs just trying to give their family food and shelter, and some Christmas joy. You won't be getting any repeat business. This is my opinion. I am a disabled veteran. I earned it.

Easy process for ticket purchase, friendly customer service when I called with a question, on time departure, comfortable seating and temperature in bus. Driver was friendly and drove safe. I felt safe through the while process with COVID safety they had in place

Scranton to NYC route was good. However, the bus got overcrowded because the passengers from a subsequent bus were allowed to board the previous bus. Also, there was no movie during the ride which makes the ride time seem longer so running movies for the passengers is the cheapest way to make the ride more enjoyable (as airlines figured this out a long time ago)
