I have had good experiences using Martz. The last time I traveled with Martz, the driver told me about a stop that would save me an hour on my trip, he was GREAT!

There is no enforcement of COVID protocols. Plenty of people on my buses were not wearing masks, and it was incredibly uncomfortable. At no point did the driver remind or even announce that masks were required.

The ride was very comfortable and quiet. I love that there were usb chargers and plug outlets to allow you to charge your electric devices. Will definitely use them again.

I understand the pandemic when busses had to be cut, but now more busses need to added to your schedule. I have seen one bus that people had to stand up for almost 2 hour ride, folks left behind and they had to wait hours for the next bus. I suggest that Martz should invest in a small van to hold the smaller amount of folks left behind, going to the water park and especially at night when u have the late busses. This I feel will save on cost and gas or even all electric. Speaking of electric busses they will save the rising cost of gas passed on to the patrons in ticket cost.

This is the third time I've had a Martz driver in the NCR, specifically on residential streets, believe the speed limit was to slow and use the incorrect lanes and nearly drive me off the road with zero turn signals or acknowledgements. Martz Group has made zero efforts to resolve this and does not take road safety or rules seriously, as evident by their returned correspondence.

They have always done a great job. But I wish they would bring back daily trips to Atlantic City Casinos.

The company has in has implemented new guidelines for trips and and has not taken into account how how it affects every customer,. As as I showed up to this morning I had zero ability To pull up my tickets to get on the bus for the booked ticket was unable to have the drive Locate my name on the manifest as his machine would not work and the computer would not print my ticket but yet I must Reserve a seat. This does not guarantee me a seat of of my choosing it just it just let's me get a seat on a bus They were not being asked this by their daily commuters the people that use them every day them every day but fine.. This could have easily been implemented with 0 bugs had they just tried to use use the system for1 ways or round trip

They severely cut back on their schedule, packing the buses to the gills. The bus seats are so close that the person in front of me is practically in my lap. Why one needs to recline on a bus at 8pm is beyond me. On the upside, they break down somewhat less frequently than they used to.

I have been riding with Martz from Wilkes-Barre to NYC for over 15 years. A ride from NYC on 8/14 did not have air conditioning. When contacting customer service, I was told that a bus swap would now be provided. Only after alarms on the bus and tire pressure issue presented did Martz arrange to swap out the bus.
A requested full refund of my one-way trip was refused, instead only offering a $20 credit. This is unsatisfactory.
Also, now weeks later, customer service has yet to confirm that all drivers must be COVID vaccinated as I was told they are not required to wear masks during the drive.
Safety first.

The Martz bus was on time, clean and comfortable. The bus was well ventilated which made it easy to breathe through my mask. Finally, the rules were spoken clearly by the driver for the trip making the trips basic standards noted by passengers.
