Had excellent experience with Martube! They have a very cute selection and received amazing customer support. I had bought a lamp and messaged them about some minor scratches and flaws out of curiosity for quality but no major expectations, but they offered to send me a completely new one! It has arrived and is perfect. love the support from Martube- and great price range and deals :)

I am happy with the speakers i got they work great. Shipping was fast. I have had the speakers since October of last year and they still work great i got the hello kitty and pochacco speaker.

Excellent little bottle! Wonderful bottle beautiful shape, a bit smaller that I’d like but the Pingu shape more than makes up for it.

Had a bit of trouble with the shipping as they tried to tell me I wasn’t home to receive it when I was.

Amazing product! The product came earlier than expected, in great condition and packaging. The product itself was really good.

My pingu speaker broke a few weeks after ordering, nothing specific happened just suddenly the sound is all cracking and it’s just overall such a disappointment as it was 40 something pounds

Made my second order as I expected I would. Smooth purchase experience, looking forward for holiday season for potential holiday sale prices.

The company scammed me. I emailed them when my item arrived the packaging arrived opened and damaged. They asked for photos and I provided them with these. They told me that I could sent the item back for a full refund I would just have to pay the postage and packaging fees which they would reimburse me for. I asked them for the address for me to send the package to and they sent it to me but knowing full well that I had already sent the parcel off because I sent them proof they sent me a new address to send it to. I reiterated to them that it was too late and they made it seem like it was my fault for it being sent to the wrong address even though I double checked before sending it. After sending thr package off, they started becoming really demanding and rude. I again followed up about the money for my postage and packaging but they didn't respond which was odd considering they responded right away before. I left it a few days and reached out again they completely ignored what I had said and demanded that I give them the tracking number and proof of purchases so they could refund me and I had already provided them with those earlier. I resent them along with my information for the refund again and didn't hear back from them. I have sent multiple follow up emails messaged them on their chat service and haven't heard back from them. I was scamkednout of close to £40 pounds. Do not buy from this company they do not care about customers and they are liars.

I saw the add for the Pingu merch online and thought it would make a great gift for my girlfriend's birthday. The delivery was fast (only 6 days) and the package was well protected, the mug i ordered came in perfect condition and she loves it. I will surely order again for an other occasion.

I had seen the advertisement about the Pingu Bluetooth Speaker and was immediately blown away, but said to myself "That's gonna be far too expensive for me". Surprise surprise, when I went to the site, it was an extremely reasonable price, some might even say it's a steal for the price.

I expected, when it finally arrived, that it was maybe gonna end up being the quality of stuff you get on AliExpress or Temu, especially with the really good price behind it, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was better than amazing.

It's just a super cute and fun thing to have as part of my room and it's even more fun when I get to use it. I seriously can't recommend this purchase and this company enough. 10/10

There is a package protection fee added at check-out so when I found that package is lost, I reported the issue and assumed that merchant will handle the issue. The merchant showed me a picture that shows the package is dropped outside of my garage and I live in a condo community. That means its place in a public driveway. The merchant told me to check my surveillance camera and to contact the shipping company directly. Excuse me?! You can't put camera monitor the public driveway. Also, I did not select the shipper. I don't have purchase confirmation and tracking numbers. Customer service sucked. Nothing is offered as an alternative.

I am so happy with my Pingu Speaker! It’s the greatest thing I own. I was initially concerned this might not be a real website or would be some low quality temu remake, but the quality is amazing and the product arrived really fast. I’m so happy, thank you so much.

I bought Pingu speaker right away after I saw a video on Tiktok. I knew I had to buy it! I quickly made an order, definitely one of the best experience ever - fast shipping, carefully sealed in a box, amazingly one of the cutest speaker ever and worth the buy! It also came with a clear instruction inside the box. I am getting more Pingu from Martube site soon!
