Avoid this website, bad service, don't honor the prices on their website and it is Price Baiting and Cancelled Bookings.
I booked two tickets with them and both were canceled. They took my money, waited, and then cancelled saying the 'price increased.' Now I can't afford the new flights. They refused to help on chat. Terrible handling of customers
Stay away from this website otherwise you loose your money and waste your time and distroy your travel plan

Ich habe eine Buchung durchgeführt und mich vertippt. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter von martiGo konnten das Problem innerhalb von Sekunden lösen.

Zudem hatte ich Schwierigkeiten beim Online Check In. Das würde ebenfalls ohne Probleme gelöst. ✅

martiGo Mitarbeiter sind telefonisch als auch per E-Mail ständig erreichbar. Ich würde wieder über martiGo buchen. Danke für den Support!

私は日本からフィンランド行きの航空券をmartiGOを通じて購入しました。
Google FlightsやSkyscannerで「自己乗継なし」のフィルターをかけた上で最安の航空券だったため購入したのですが、出発数日前に予約情報を見直すと、アライアンスを組んでいない航空会社同士の乗継であることがわかり、自己乗継が必要なのではないかという疑念が生じました。

さらに、その乗継はイギリスのロンドン・ガトウィック空港でわずか2時間の乗継時間しかなく、もし自己乗継扱いであれば、

イギリスへの入国・出国審査

事前の電子渡航認証（ETA）の取得
が必要となります。

搭乗5日前に不安を覚え、martiGOのカスタマーサービスへ問い合わせたところ、担当のAndy様は当日中に返信をくださり、私の懸念が正しいこと、そして2時間での自己乗継は失敗する可能性があることを丁寧に説明してくれました。

「自己乗継なし」の条件で検索していたにもかかわらず、このような便が結果として表示されていた点は残念ではありますが、仕方ありません。私は念のため、イギリスからフィンランドへ向かう別便も追加で購入し、旅行に備えました。

結果として、搭乗5日前にもかかわらずETAは無事に承認され、現地でも（使用しませんでしたが）元の予約の2時間乗継でも間に合う時間で移動することは可能でした。

Andy様の迅速かつ的確なサポートには大変感謝しております。
MartiGO様におかれましては、Google FlightsやSkyscannerで自己乗継便が「自己乗継なし」として表示されてしまう現状があるため、私のようなケースを減らすためにも、改善をご検討いただけますと幸いです。

Although I was able to purchase a very affordable ticket, my lack of attention led to some concerns regarding the transit.
During this situation, Andy from customer service responded quickly and politely, and I am sincerely grateful for his support.

I purchased a flight from Japan to Finland through martiGO.
Before booking, I used filters on Google Flights and Skyscanner to show only “no self-transfer” flights and chose the most affordable option. However, a few days before departure, when I reviewed the booking details again, I realized that the itinerary involved two airlines with no alliance partnership. This made me suspect that the transit might actually require a self-transfer.

Moreover, the transit was scheduled at London Gatwick Airport with only a 2-hour connection. If it was considered a self-transfer, I would need to:

Enter and exit the UK for immigration checks, and

Apply in advance for the UK Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA).

Five days before departure, I contacted martiGO’s customer service with my concerns. Andy replied on the same day and confirmed that my suspicion was correct. He also explained that a 2-hour self-transfer at Gatwick could fail due to the required immigration procedures.

Although it was disappointing that the flight appeared in the search results even with the “no self-transfer” filter applied, I understand that such issues can occur. I immediately purchased an additional backup flight from the UK to Finland to avoid potential trouble.

In the end, my ETA was approved even though I applied only five days before departure, and at the destination I found that I could have made the original 2-hour connection if necessary.

I truly appreciate Andy’s quick and appropriate assistance.
I kindly ask martiGO to review how self-transfer flights appear as “no self-transfer” on platforms like Google Flights and Skyscanner, so that future customers do not encounter the same situation.

Horrible experience from booking to accessing flight information. Customer service is horrible. Unwilling to help over the phone. Email response from MartiGo took days to accomplish a name change which they caused and I was forced to pay the name change fee or not be refunded for my purchase which was thousands of dollars.
Horrible company and service. Total SCAM!
Use Expedia or other like business because this one will take your money and leave you stranded.

I was connected to customer support and he was very helpful. The call was quick and I was able to cancel my flight that I had just booked for a reasonable cancellation. Leonard was great!
