Beautiful products and great service

Whir pouffes were well made and good quality, although needed airing and treating for a month because of the smell. Customer service was good, prompt answers to my emails and I was shown a photo of the pouffes before they shipped.

I ordered a beautiful rug and it came just as it was pictured. It's soft and luxurious. It came right on time and I was kept up to date with shipping details.

I noticed that Marrakeche.com is using some of our original product photos on their website, especially for the Moroccan leather babouches. Some other images also look AI-generated, which raises doubts about whether they actually have these products in stock.

I contacted the seller to ask them to remove our photos, but they completely ignored my messages. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and creates the impression that the website is not trustworthy.

A legitimate business should use its own real product photos and respond to copyright complaints, not stay silent.
Be cautious before buying from this site.

I was advised that the woven leather rucksack I ordered was not available in the exact design advertised. I accepted the replacement (the original was still on the website though). I saved the bag for use on an upcoming holiday. The zip on the external pocket broke after minimal use. I reported this upon my return but was quoted their ‘30 day rule’ and they point blank refused to change the faulty product. I do not recommend buying anything from this company. If you sell products in the UK you should adhere to UK law.

I still haven’t received my product (bag) unfortunately. Every time I track it, there’s another day added to the transit time. It was supposed to be here by 19th September. It’s now the 24th. I will review it once I get it which will hopefully be soon!!🤞🤞

The Pouf is well made and think it will look great in my bedroom. However, I wish I would have known it is not filled (just the cover); otherwise, I would have not bought it or looked for another one that is filled. It may help if they describe that more clearly and/or provide an option to have it filled by Marrakeche Crafts.

I ordered a set of tea glasses, I was worried about the shipping, in case of damage, but they arrived, on time, & in perfect condition. Thank you

Excellent handmade gift. It is a pleasure for a coup of tea. I highly recommend it. The order was executed within a few days.

Seeing the bag on the picture lying on the sand next to the lady, I had the impression that bag is quite large. It's not. It's a small to medium beach bag. The towel is enough to fill it up. Besides the measurements on the description are not even near to the real thing. It's 16cm depth 25cm width of base and 25 cm height.

I did check the description before buying. The measurements stated have nothing to do with the real thing. There are no variations Fri which to choose except for the handles. Your reply yo my complaint doesn't stand.

I have never used the site before, they had exactly what i was looking for. When my goods arrived, (x2 wicker lamp shades) one was broken. I was told, "I could fix it easily" I paid over $100 for my goods and a premium price for DHL shipping. Finally it was agreed a replacement would be sent but this over one month later has not arrived. It has been held at customs for further payment and I was told at Customer Service at Marrakeche it was basically my problem to solve. I am still without my goods. It has been hugely disappointing. The service on the whole I absolutely would not recommend.

- Its is not a 'add-on'. This 'rope knot' it what is used to hang the shade as a chandelier; what it is advertised as in the website. It was not 'untied' it was frayed, disconnected. Broken. Finally, I am happy to pay the cost in full for the goods as I did; just not happy to twice.
