Extremely dissapointed
I have no issues with the purchasing process, order processing time, or delivery. My concern is solely with the quality of the product.
I ordered a teardrop lamp, at this high price point, I was expecting it to be much more authentic and well-crafted than what I received. Unfortunately, the quality of the metal is extremely poor—it's only slightly thicker than tin foil—and the overall workmanship is equally disappointing. Based on the cost, description and photos, I expected a far higher standard of quality.

Our Moroccan lighting pieces are entirely handcrafted by artisans. The metal is often worked to a specific thinness to allow for the intricate, traditional hand-piercing techniques required to cast those beautiful geometric shadows. However, it should never feel flimsy or lacking in durability, and we are disappointed that this piece fell short of our usual quality standards.

This bag will last for years. A great keepsake of my Moroccan trip!

For $200 each of the pouf, I would expect an exceptional quality and service, but it's not. It took an entire one month to receive the pouf in America - and for most part, there's no tracking details updated. And when it finally arrived, it was not in a box, but just the pouf itself wrapped in a thousand layers of cling film, like a big trash bag. It's not a good experience even after its arrival, because lots of grease oil was needed to unwrap those plastics! Completely disappointed and wouldn't recommend at all.

The bag looks nice, fits a surprising amount, and is comfortable. It is a good deal for the price. It does still smell quite strongly even a month after getting it. In the heat it smelled stronger than usual, and it wasn't pleasant. It was also shipped in a bag instead of a box. I appreciate free shipping, but the bag allowed the backpack to get squished. This made the pocket on the front look a little weird, and it still has creases. I would rather pay for shipping and have it be shipped nicer.

The scent does fade over time, especially if you leave the bag in a well-ventilated area for a few days. We understand it can be stronger in warmer weather, and we appreciate your patience with it.
Your point about the packaging is well taken. We always want our products to arrive in perfect condition, and we're looking into improved packaging options, including box shipping, to prevent any creasing during transit.
