I’ve been trying to get a response for 2 months about an item I ordered that doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

I ordered a couple of items. they never came. of course I was charged for them. It was very disappointing to say the least. I tried to contract the company with no luck.
kiss that money good bye. TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I prepaid an order April 7th. NOTHING...not a word from them. I ordered Biblebond and didn´t think to check this site. Scammers :( Money down the drain. There is a special place for people and companies who operates like this. IF they do will send me the game, I will change this to a more positive one, but I have lost my hope.

Ordered item in December, still not arrived in April, no contact, no tracking number. Avoid at all costs. Total fraud

Never ever order from this company not only was my order over months late crushed damaged and felt mouse missing eye very sketchy scam is a better work thank to chase bank I was able to get back my money

I had 3 seperate orders of which 2 arrive safly and products are as shown and promised. and 1 order was cancaled and no one inform me about, neither credited me or refund me and support don't reply at all... They just ignore any e-mail you send....

You have been warned! I got the lump of plastic junk when ordering the miniature V8 engine - how I wish I had read the reviews first. This after waiting a month for delivery and no possibility of getting in touch with them. Mea culpa - I should really have known better…….but sad and angry, all the same. Ah well……

Why is no-one willing to help resolve my order issue? I am still waiting on delivery of the RazorForge knife sharpening tool. When will I receive this item?

I ordered a lazer from that place back in jan 21 n I never recieved it nor a response from the company for a refund they just stole 35 $ from me n never heard or recieved anything

From my experience, this company seems just to be con men , taking money for orders they have absolutely no intention of fulfilling.

You will get an order confirmation, but no delivery details , or tracking information.
That’s because they arnt sending it .

They only get 1 star because you can’t write a review without marking them , otherwise it would be a Minus star!!

I ordered a cross on around Feb 20th 2026, the charge went thru my bank on 28th I have neither recieved the item nor a response from Marnetic telling me why! Not happy with them
