BEWARE CLARISE LONDON IS A COPY OF MARLISE LONDON. I'd give them NO stars. They drop ship fake copies of outfits and don't refund. Since I've started a dispute they've taken down the MARLISE website and created CLARISE LONDON. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I would give this company a -1 if I could, I bought 2 coats the beginning of January thinking it was a boutique shop in London, luckily one was out of stock so did receive a refund but the other one took weeks to arrive and was in a tiny bag and rubbish cheap quality so I did return through Royal Mail it arrived at customs in China on the 8th of February and is still sitting there but did read if they didn’t pay the correct custom fees when posting it would cost them money to receive it so will probably be there for ever more, avoid this sham company at all costs

Marlise London? No Marlise China! The delivery took weeks and when it arrived (not by Royal Mail as indicated) the quality of the garment was definitely not as described. Tried to return but was told it could only be sent to China. In the end I gave it to a charity shop in the hope that they might be able to get something from what had been a really bad experience.

Appalling quality and service. Have been waiting for a refund for weeks despite sending off postal receipts. The suit I ordered which was widely as on Facebook was on the cheapest fabric with the pattern printed. They offered me money off if I didn’t return but it was unwearable. Now embroiled in a to and fro to try to get refund. The ads show two women in London. The returns are to China.

Awful company received my item and have reached out to return as per the instructions on the website mailed three times and they have totally ignored me !!! I will not use this company again and advise you not to purchase anything from this company if you want the flexibility to return the item. To add the item in the picture is nothing like I’ve received. Really poor customer experience - never again !

Fake. Bought a jumper which was awful. Returns address was china. Sent it back with the hope I’d get a refund. Never did!!

Do not buy from this company. It took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did the quality was horrific and nothing like it looked in the photos. I have tried to return the items but I have to pay to send them back to China with no guarantee of a refund. Very misleading sham of a company. It made out I was buying from a mother and daughter partnership in London! Avoid at all costs.

Reading all the reviews is just what I have experienced .
While browsing I came across this very nice Lounge suit / day wear . Was delighted to find , couldn’t wait to receive . Well delivery took 2 weeks despite chasing it .
Was sooo excited to open , I just forgot about the length of time it took.
Well what a let down
1. Parcel was small and all cramped.
2 Nothing like what was advertised .

Wouldn’t even give 1 star, absolute shit show. Polyester crap that they want you to return to China !! Totally fake, I’ve reported to everything. I think they have set up under another name too. If it looks too good to be true , it is !!!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. They show a lovely Shearling coat on their website, when it arrived from China is was a 100% polyester long cardigan. Returns policy is designed to put you off, as you have pay to return their garbage item to China before they will do anything. I've claimed back on my credit card - Total charlatans, I've reported them to trading standards.

I bought and paid for a suit, which never arrived and despite many emails between myself and the company, they are refusing to refund my money. I would not recommend this company at all, if i could give then a negative star rating I would. The customer service is non- existent. They are only interested in money not the customer

Bought a Black & White ladies suit costing nearly £70.

Arrived in a tiny bag all screwed up.

Material was cheap, not fabric as expected but a printed pattern on cheap material, gold buttons were cheap & poor quality.

Requested a full refund, was offered a 10% refund to keep the suit then told I had to cover the high expense of return postage to China.

From the advert I assumed it was a London based Company.

Quality is like Temu....very unhappy with the whole experience & will no longer be sucked in to the advertising of this Company.

Be careful what you order as returning is very expensive & I wish I'd never purchased this item as I was hoping for a smart suit for a job interview.

I do not recommend this Company.

Please please do not buy from these people - they are a complete scam - the clothing is of the poorest quality - totally misrepresented on their website . I have tried to get a refund and they offered either 10% with no return of the goods or return costs to be met to me - to a foreign country. The clothing is so poor it is going in the bin. Shame on them - scammers

One star is too many. I ordered a lovely looking coat from a mother/daughter company in London. It cost £59.95 and took about 4 weeks to arrive. It came in a tiny packet about 8 inches square. It was a creased rag when I opened it.
The quality is disgraceful, not even a tag to hang it up with. It’s way too big and such cheap horrible material.
First and last time I shall order anything advertised on Facebook.

I bought a jumper recently after seeing an Instagram ad. It looked really stylish with a great cut and colour and was reduced from £90 to £34.95 so I thought it would also be great value. It took two weeks to arrive which is very slow and when I received the plastic wrapped parcel I just had a bad feeling before opening it. I was right. Inside was a cheap looking jumper that looked like it had been bought at a low class street market . The fabric was poor, the cut terrible. I was so gutted and wanted to return it straight away. However, I was told that I'd have to ship it to China at my own cost by tracked delivery! I've never heard anything like it and am trying to get my money back. Seriously annoyed and disappointed with this company. Don't buy from them!

I had to put the jumper I had ordered straight in the bin: 3 weeks delivery timescale , far too small (2XL was actually more a size 12), poor quality (not one label inside with composition and washing instructions etc), and it was frankly quite smelly. Has it been worn before ??
My fault for thinking Marise London was a UK company: when I googled it, a photo of a nice boutique came up! Obviously anotherrubbish purchase made in China or the US. Do not buy from that company .

Very poor quality. Described as “luxury”. I have to return the items to China from the UK at my own expense (£30). I don’t know if they have a London store where they do actually sell high quality clothing but I feel that I was misled.

I would be very careful if you’re thinking of ordering from this store.

Awful quality, jumper literally arrived looking like a rag, awful, obviously a fake advert for the company when you buy! Don’t buy from them !
