I should have read reviews of this company before buying. Shoes eventually arrived pink not rose gold as ordered and not a good fit. Trying to return has been really difficult and then told I had to return to China not UK where I thought the company was based which would have cost nearly as much as the shoes! Will never buy from them again and recommend no one else does.

Literally straight in the bin the quality is that bad I'd be embarrassed to wear them

She arrived damaged and I was told if I wear them for a while they could potentially rectify. Send them a picture of the damaged shoe still not bothered.

Very poor quality, sold as leather but they are plastic and really poorly put together. The wedge sole collapses as you walk on it and the other pair the heel falls side to side as it is made of some kind of foam. They are certainly not orthopedic. I so wish I'd read the reviews they are truly awful, please do not waste your money like I have, I've really been taken for a ride with these, dont let it happen to you!

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered, paid £40 for a pile of rubbish and still arguing with vendor about return, not as advertised. Please don’t order from them

Do not buy from this company . A scam shoes never delivered

Shoes took 3 weeks to be delivered and were not a good fit. Emailled as requested tfor return instructions was then asked for photographs of the footwear (soles, sides, top and size label). Thjis was done then after three further days I asked for further instructions for return. It was then I found out that these had to be returned to China and I would be responsible for postage and any customs charges. This would be in addition to the £5 administration fee for the return. Offered a 40% reduction in the price which leads me to believe they know that they are rip off merchants. Will never even consider purchase from them in the future.

DO NOT purchase shoes from this company, extremely poorly manufactured, one shoe fell apart after wearing literally a couple of times. Customer service appalling, refund refused as they've been worn...hardly! Strongly recommend you do not use them! Website says US but actually in China...absolute rubbish!!!!!

I bought orthopedic red sandals and they were just awful. Don't waste your money, cheap plastic wedge, cheap plastic upper, colour red is actually deep burgundy. These shoes are terrible, absolutely no foot support. Shocking.

BEWARE. What a con! Really poor quality shoes, nothing like they appear online. When I requested to return, I had to keep chasing and then was told I needed to send them to China at full cost to myself. Absolute scam!

The website makes out they are an English family owned business but they are not. They ship from china and it takes an age. When the shoes arrived they are badly designed and did not fit (and certainly nothing about them was orthopaedic!). And return and refund details have still not been provided weeks later!

If l had read these reviews, l wouldn't have bothered ordering from them. Everything said about this company is true. Wrong size, flimsy material and badly made product. I am not going to bother asking for refund because my antivirus said its a scam address and wouldn't let me in. Please avoid !!

Avoid at any cost their emails don’t work after you have ordered

Fraudulent DO NOT BUY. Sent wrong style, cheap quality, unwearable. Asked for refund and asked to return at own expense to CHINA ( not an US family owned business as they pretend to be). Refused, pointing out against consumer law but no shift and offered a 30% refund as a 'goodwill gesture'. Not yet received. Rip off merchants, don't be fooled

Not even one star to be honest! The trainers were flimsy with rough insides that would rub. There was no option to return. I emailed and was told to photograph the trainers. I did. No reply. I followed up and they gave an address for the return saying that it would be at my expense including customs charges. I'm not prepared to do this and have told them so and that I think they are a scam, claiming to be London based etc... and no simple, free way to return shoddy goods.

Two weeks at least to arrive. I ordered flat sandals and received wedge sandals which I cannot wear. They look nice but not for me!

As with all of the other reviews. Sent wrong size, quality appalling and not even an orthopaedic shoe. No returns label and the expectation is for you to send to China incurring customs and posting cost. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered two pairs of shoes -- one came in the wrong size and the other still has not arrived. Like many other folks here, my mistake was not checking reviews. When I click on the customer service link my screen goes blank. So much for a refund. Never again.

DO NOT buy from this company EVER! This is the very last time I'll be lured to buying anything online, unless from a reputable company.
I ordered a UK size 6 sandal and after about 3 weeks I received the sandals in a UK size 7.
I obviously sent a complaint email to be told that they packed what had been ordered! I sent them the order confirmation which clearly shows that size 6 is what I had ordered. I have now heard nothing and have to reconcile I have lost my money. This is criminal!
