They took 3 days to reply when I asked…
They took 3 days to reply when I asked for an update on my order,I bought from this company as the website said ,Next day free delivery,
I was charged seven pounds extra ,we are on the Isle of Wight which comes under Portsmouth,Hampshire,
We should not be classed as an offshore island ,Royal Mail,DPP,Evri, and all, the main courriers deliver daily to us.I still haven't got my order after 5 days.
If it was sent out Thursday I thought it would arrive Saturday or even Monday,but still no goods .
I needed these parts urgently.

Hello Mr Tinn, I am sorry your goods have not arrived unfortunately this is out of our hands, The goods were despatched on Thursday with Royal Mail and we have not classed you order as off shore. After an hour on the phone with them for an I still only got a response of 'its in handling'. As for the shipping charge, it is free shipping for ALL orders over £60 regardless of where you are in the country, you simply have to click on the 'free Shipping Option' which you did not. I will credit this for you.
According to their website, your goods will be with you between 2pm and 5om today. Regards Marine Electricals
