Delivery process was disappointing
Delivery process was disappointing. Courier delays meant item took one week before it was received. When paying extra for a service then would expect a more efficient result.

Ordered two times (different products) shipped the same day and delivered the next day but DPD - Excellent service, second to none.
Also what I bought was also a good price.
Would definitely use them again, and will be my first place to look if I want something else.

Product as expected but posted expensive.
Product as expected, but the postage was over £7 for a £2 product which was expensive, especially when Royal Mail only charged £3 for postage.
