Poor Support, Unresolved Issues Even After 2+ Months

I purchased MargBooks on 29 October for my business, AJ Digital Store, but even after more than two months, my core issues are still not resolved.

The most serious problem is with stock, cost price, and gross profit calculation. When purchase price is entered, the software automatically picks it as cost price and does not allow manual editing, which leads to wrong stock valuation and wrong GP reports. Despite this being a system issue, their team wrongly tried to blame it on “manual entries by the user,” which is not true.

I also raised tickets on 4 December for Paytm device integration, WhatsApp integration, and invoice-related issues, but these are still pending. I have sent multiple emails and followed up many times, but the support and backend teams keep giving false assurances instead of real solutions.

As a GST-registered retail business, I cannot afford incorrect accounting and unreliable software. My license period is being wasted, and I have lost valuable business time only following up.

This has been a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I expected much better from a paid business software like MargBooks.

While selling the software they are so responsive and are completely dedicated the entire time.. and after buying the software the support is so bad as if we are not their customers but these are our customers. Everything will happen as per their part, you will have to wait for them for 1 to 2 days. The person who is training me is Kaviya Yadav, she will respond once a day and in the end she will say that she will call tomorrow. The support is very tough, understand their thinking and work hard.

Thank you Rohan for solving my problem. This was pending from last 4 months, I have spoken to many people, sent email with screenshot. But never solved. All my customers were yelling at me looking at this wrong balance displayed in the bill.
It was very simple solution and no one could understand. But you could do it in a minute, Thank yo so much for solving my issue and a headache,
