worst software for every business rather than chemist shop. no technical support. very very hard and slow to operate. no instant troubleshooting. just one answer raise complaint ticket and they will give 3 days aheads date, on the date of ticket they will not call again raise a ticket.. what a shit is going on this software.. be awaiting for get solving your issues. sales team committing refund policy if not suitable software but denying on the time of refund ask. I will not recommend the software.

I am writing this review to warn all potential buyers, especially small business owners and pharmacies, about the deceptive business practices of MargBooks (Marg ERP Ltd). I have been cheated out of ₹28,036 through false promises and a fake "Money Back Guarantee."
1. The "Customization" Trap
Their sales team operates on a bait-and-switch model. When I approached them in December 2025, I had specific requirements including Pine Labs integration, a consolidated ledger format, and recording purchase entries via their app. Since these features were missing in the demo, their representatives explicitly assured me that these would be "customized" and provided after I purchased the subscription. This assurance was confirmed by their Head of Sales, Mr. Prashant.  
2. The Fake "Money Back Guarantee"
To close the deal, they played the trust card. Mr. Ankit Yadav (Sales Dept) sent me an official email on 17.12.2025 guaranteeing that if I was dissatisfied within 25 days, they would refund the entire amount without deductions. Relying on this written proof, I paid the full amount.  
3. Hidden Restrictions & Technical Failures
Once they had the money, the reality changed. Despite escalating the matter to Mr. Anuj Raghav (Head of Training), the promised features (Pine Labs integration, etc.) were never provided.  
4. Ghosting & Refusal to Refund
I formally requested a refund on 30.12.2025, just 12 days after purchase, which was well within their 25-day promise. Since then:  
• They have stopped picking up my calls.
• Customer support lies and says the concerned managers are "not available".  
• They have ignored multiple emails sent to their individual official IDs.

I had a few questions while using the tool, and they responded quickly and helped me solve everything without any hassle. It makes using the tool so much easier knowing help is always available.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by MarkBook Accounting Software. At the time of purchase, their assistant, Pawan Gawaswani, clearly promised me 4 months of extra complimentary service. Based on this commitment, I decided to purchase the software.
However, after the purchase, there has been no proper response from their side. My calls are not being answered, my messages are not being replied to, and I have not received any callback despite multiple follow-ups. This kind of after-sales behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
If commitments are made to customers, they should be honored. Ignoring customers after receiving payment seriously damages trust. I hope the company takes responsibility and resolves this issue as soon as possible.
