Customer service is very poor
Customer service is very poor. They are not friendly or helpful. I waited to speak to the receptionist for quite some time while she talked to a friend. It was clearly not a business call. Gave up and walked out. Those that work there are arrogant and "act" like they know everything and you are nobody if they do speak to you. Course and very crude manner, with a denigrating sort of nature.

Very disorganized company!
As an industry professional that has worked with many distributors over the past 25+ years, I have to say few companies have cause me as much consistent frustration as working with Marble Systems has. While their products are beautiful, their quality control and customer service is absolutely terrible. Orders are often placed wrong, on their end, or shipments arrive in poor condition. Freight is extremely expensive and not competitive within the industry at all. There are frequently availability issues that have caused us to have to redesign spaces for clients after designs were finalized. Most recently, our new rep, refuses to help us and doesn't want me contacting her, she only wants us to deal with the inside office team, rather than helping us with issues herself. So as a dealer, we basically have no representation. When we had a good rep we knew if there were issues at least he would help get them sorted out. But now we don't even have that. This was the final straw for us and is causing us to look for alternative sources.
