Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! Order came quickly and packaged very nicely with a small scent that my boyfriend loves. I accidentally ordered the same thing twice and one item was a little too big so I returned to exchange. The customer service team were so quick to respond with the returns queries and when I had an issue (from DPD not them) the team were so helpful in responding immediately, reaching out from their side and found a solution making it completely stress free. Very impressed and would definitely recommend, great quality and will be buying more in future!

Outstanding
Outstanding! The quality of the clothes, the packaging and the beautiful scent sprayed in the parcel (which i then went on to purchase) makes me a repeat customer of Marame. The speed of delivery and also the timely turnaround for exchanges/returns is exceptional - many small business take a very long time dealing with exchanges/returns (one i am dealing with at the moment are saying 3 weeks minimum for a refund - this is not acceptable and i would not buy from them again) - so even these things matter as its the whole complete service, not just the original purchase and this make me a repeat customer for Marame.
Overall a very happy customer and I will continue to purchase.

Highly recommend!
I’ve had such good experiences with Marame, the clothes are excellent quality and the customer service is brilliant.
I had a couple of queries and they replied really fast and were so helpful and friendly and sorted my issues without question.
It’s so rare to find a brand that offers such good quality and such good service I’m already a repeat customer and will buy from them over and over and have recommended them to my family and friends.

Seem ok, but pricey.
Bought two pieces, a black long sleeve top and a khaki double layer vest. Not been worn past trying on yet, nor have they been washed. First impressions are they are ok, but very expensive for some basics tops. I am concerned how they will last. I’ve bought similar before from elsewhere and they haven’t, so I am nervous about long term quality of these pieces. For this pricing I would expect them to wash well and last a while. We’ll see.

Gorgeous stuff and lightning speed deliveries!
I hadn't even put down my phone after placing the order that I received an email the order had been shipped. I thought it must have been a mistake, but the order arrived indeed the next day! I ordered a pair of leather boots and they're gorgeous and comfortable!
