Excellent customer service
Updated review:
I previous left a review, identifying that - despite great experiences with previous items (including their amazing perfume), I had some concerns about the quality of a long sleeve top which hadn't washed well.
Following this, I received a personal message from the founder at Marame to try and resolve the situation with me. They arranged to refund the item (which they weren't obliged to do as I had already worn and washed it) and ensured that I could conveniently return the item to them, so they could address the issue with the manufacturer. They were also happy to advise re: the fit and fabric of other garments, to make sure I felt I could confidently re-try the brand.
We've also discussed some of the designs coming up a little small on the sizing, and they have been really open and receptive to this feedback, and it's clearly something they are looking at.
It's really rare to come across a brand with such outstanding customer service, and who seemed genuinely interested in helping restore the situation with openness and transparency, not just hassling me into changing my review.

The products arrived very uickly and…
The products arrived very uickly and were packaged nicely.
However after paying p&p I felt that a £5 refund fee was a little excessive.
I like the t shirt quality and fit.

My jumper is warm

Exceptional quality all round
Great experience with Marame clothing from the delivery of my items - to the customer service. The quality is impeccable, the fabrics feel premium and even after washing everything’s kept its shape and colour nicely. Looking forward to trying more of their products!

Great pair of trainers!
I brought the contrast trainers in August and I can safely say they are so comfortable and still in great condition after lots of wears! I also brought the blue mens jumper which I love.

Perfect jumpers for Christmas
Easy ordering and beautiful products. Well packaged and all items as expected from photos. The merino wool is perfect! I bought 4 jumpers as Xmas presents and everyone fitted perfectly - so good size guidance too. Very impressed with the quality of the jumpers and the service.
