A SCUM ... Avoid and report to others so they stay away !

Betrug Seite. Ich habe für die Anleitung bezahlt, aber E-Mail kam ohne Dateien. Sogar war ein Abo für 47€ angeknüpft. Unverschämt, Finger weg!

Apparte l'abbonamento di 45 e spicci euro dopo i tre giorni trial a 0,45 (e quello son stato fesso io, che non ho tolto subito abbonamento).
Il portale nemmeno funziona, ti dicono che hanno trovato il tuo manuale, ti dicono che il download è pronto nella tua mail, ti dicono...un mucchio di fesserie, il manuale non lo troverai mai.
Scammata digitale insomma😂.
Statene assolutamente alla larga, funziona male anche il poter rientrare con il vostro account, forse sanno già che se rientri è solo per annullare abbonamento.

Verstecktes Abo! Man kauft vermeindlich ein Handbuch für 46 ct, dann dauert das Herunterladen zwei Tage, zeischendurch kommt eine Mail in der ganz unten steht, dass man 72 Stunden gratis-Zeitraum hat und dann monatlich 47,90€ bezahlen soll.
Das Abo lässt sich nirgends kündigen, die Seite zeigt Fehlercode an.

Bezprawnie ściągnięto z konta 47,90 Euro - mimo opłacenia wcześniej 0,45 Euro. Instrukcja z opóźnieniem z języku angielskim, a nie polskim (dobrze że nie po chińsku). Po prostu draństwo !

Ook ik dacht genaaid te worden door deze organisatie. Gelukkig geven ze goed aan dat als je niet in zee met ze wil gaan, dat je dan binnen 72 uur dat moet laten weten. Dat heb ik gedaan. Kreeg de volgende dag bericht van de bevestiging van mijn bericht waarin stond dat ze in de toekomst geen bedragen zullen afschrijven.
En dat ik “uitgeschreven” was. Mijn tip is om sowieso geen betalingsverplichtingen aan te gaan met je creditcard. Je hebt dan geen vat meer op wat er afgeschreven wordt. Gelukkig ging t bij deze organisatie wel goed , tenminste bij mij…

Il faut faire en sorte d'obliger la suppression de ce site qui ne délivre pas de manuel ; A votre insu un abonnement de 47,90€ est souscrit sans que ce soit clairement indiqué lors du paiement de la notice demandée soit 0,49€; Le code de la consommation impose des informations visibles et précises lors de la souscription d 'un abonnement;
Aussi je vois mal un particulier s 'abonner pour recevoir un maximun de 50 NOTICES par MOIS ...

Be careful of the small print next to the €0.45 price offered for a manual. It's a monthly subscription of 45 euros if you don't cancel in 3 days! Who would pay that money for a manual every month?

ho messo una stella per poter descrivere la mia esperienza negativissima, 25/09/2025 ho richiesto un manuale rtelativo ad una stampante previo pagamento di €0,45 con carta prepagata, in data 02/02/2026 ho controllato le spese della prepagata in quanto il saldo mi appariva abbastaza esiguo per le spese che avevo sostenuto. Ho trovato dal 28/09/2025 un addebito mensile di €47,90, quindi ad oggi €239,50 per un servizio mai sottoscritto. Ho immediatamente proceduto alla disdetta dell'abbonamento, mai sottoscritto, risalendo al loro sito, ho scaricato le fatture che non mi sono mai state notificate e ho inviato una mail intimando di non procedere all'addebito della fattura con scadenza 28/02/2026 e richiedendo un contatto per recuperere quanto sottratto dalla carta prepagata. Sono in attesa di una loro risposta.

Be warned, this company is very tricky; they steal the money. If you want a manual and pay the 0.45 Eur you actually signed up for a monthly subscription of 47.90 Eur.

Total scam. They let you pay 0.45€ for a manual which they don't send. Don't do business with them.

Dicono al cliente di poter reperire e inviare un manuale di utilizzo di un elettrodomestico, facendo pagare il servizio solo € 0,45. Il giorno dopo arriva un altro addebito di € 47,90 senza alcuna spiegazione nè autorizzazione ricevuta per l'addebito. Dimenticavo...il manuale non l'hanno trovato

Ho acquistato un manuale on line e da allora, ogni mese, mi vengono addebitati € 47.90 che, fortunatamente, vengono bloccati immediatamente.
Servizio fraudolenta!!!

I ordered a manual. Price paid EUR 0.45. After 3 days, the Manuals-help.com was trying to get EUR 47.90 from my account. Luckily the amount available on my debit card was not suficient. When asked, they replied that at the end of the 3-day trial period, and without cancellation on my part, my offer would be automatically renewed as a subscription without commitment, at the price of 47.90 € per month. And this was in line with their general terms and conditions, which apparently I had accepted. In any case, I made a complaint at the righ authorities as such conditions don't seem legal at all.
