I've just exchanged on my house purchase and I can't thank Louise Rusby and Cassie Coates enough for all their help. Louise has been amazing. She has been so responsive and helpful answering all my queries and calming all my worries throughout the whole process. When I was having issues with the sellers estate agents, she dropped everything and sorted my mortgage aip out and it was in my inbox in minutes. When I exchanged Cassie sorted out my insurance so Im covered until completion which I hadn't thought about. Together they have made my whole process of buying my first house on my own and extremely pleasant one. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to use their services for the duration of my mortgage. Thank you once again guys. You're amazing xx

My second time using this company; they got me a brilliant 5 year fixed rate deal when I purchased my property after deciding to move house after 30 years. This time round they have secured me a 3 year fixed rate remortgage deal that suits my needs.
I had a couple of meetings with Joanne Boulden and she explained everything in ways that were easy to understand and responded quickly. It was straightforward to upload all the evidence required. Once we'd decided on the mortgage I was assigned Cassie Coates who kept me informed along the way. Cassie will be there for me until my changeover date in a few months time.
I am so grateful for their professionalism, guidance and for taking the stress out of remortgaging.

We are first time buyers and didn’t know anything about the mortgage or house buying business at all. Sunjay Chauhan was our initial advisor and was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions no matter how small and helped us understand the process. Once we had received a mortgage offer, his colleague Dominic Challinor took over our case and kept us updated as the process continued and kept in touch with our solicitors and did most of the heavy lifting. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough, they’ve been incredibly helpful every step of the way.

I came to this company with 0 knowledge or understanding about how buying a house works. I filled out a few details online then was given a mortgage advisor called Giles. Giles was absolutely amazing from day 1, he explained everything to me really simply, helped me get a decision in principle (he tells you what to provide him with such as bank statements, payslips, ID (passport/driving license) and then he tries to find you the best lender with the best deal. There are no hidden costs he tells you what the fee will be and what you get in return from that at the very beginning which I like because it’s transparency.

I went to view a property after a got my decision in principle and then put an offer in, once it was accepted you then go back to your mortgage advisor to then submit your actual mortgage application to receive an offer from a lender. To do this there is a fee, I paid £595 as I’d rather pay somebody to help me through the whole process and send things off correctly than trying to do it myself. These guys know what they’re doing day in day out, trust them.

I then got taken over to Laura that deals with the admin side of things, she was great. Also I’d like to thank Shoaib as he was the one who gave me the brilliant news that I received a mortgage offer and told me the next steps.

I’d trust anyone at this firm directly on who I dealt with, honest, reliable and trustworthy people. Always reply well on emails and always pick up the phone. You can’t ask for better.

I will be advising any of my mates to come here for help and as a first time buyer. The whole process was honestly shockingly easy, I never leave reviews either so trust me.
