I ordered a dipping kit and removal kit and I received only dipping kit. I am keep sending emails and no response at all. After I done some more research there is so much products for same or even less expensive on the market maybe less advertised on social media though.

I want to return the set, as it’s poor and has ruined my nails.
Not to mention the items arrived half full.
I have emailed them 3 times and messaged them on their Facebook page with no response.
Their guaranteed money back if you’re not happy is clearly a lie and reading other reviews it’s clear this is how they operate. Please don’t use this brand, not only are the products bad, if you don’t get on with them they will not refund you. Very disappointing.

Well I wish I had seen the reviews first. I usually do but went against my better judgement. I bought it and tried 4 nails one with each colour. Holy sh*t. Wished I hadn't. It's taken hours to remove one nail colour and most of that I had to use a knife. Nothing and I mean nothing worked to remove it. I am gobsmacked they can sell a product like this and claim it's ease of removal a claim which is a lie! I loved the pink I ordered and was going to use it for a wedding in 4 weeks time. No way now! I will do what another review suggested and use it for crafting. DO NOT BUY - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
MANICISTA - if you see this and have the b***ocks to contact I'd love to hear from you. Otherwise do yourself a favour GET A LIFE AND STOP SEELING CRAP.

Poor product. Does not go on easily, and a nightmare to get off. Don't waste your ,money

Came much later than the time given on ordering, when I emailed they gave a different time frame. Once arrived was looking forward to using but never again, the stuff sticks like superglue. I followed the instructions and applied 3 coats of the colour to get what should of been an even coverage. I have never seen anything so bumpy. I didn't apply the activator as knew this would make it harder to remove and it still took me over half an hour to remove from the 3 fingers I had done. The removal kit that is brought separately is useless wipes are dried up. Complete waste of money as it went straight in the bin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Der er gået 1.5 måned og jeg har ikke fået min pakke endnu. Jeg har skrevet til kundeservice 5 gange og bedt dem om at refundere mine penge, men de undskylder bare og beder mig om at være mere tålmodig.
Ville ønske at jeg havde læst anmeldelser først. I går fortalte jeg at jeg ville anmelde dem på Trustpilot, hvis de ikke refunderede mine penge, men det er de åbenbart ligeglade med. Nu har jeg købt samme slags produkter fra Sassy Saints og der er alt i orden, så det vil jeg hermed råde folk til i stedet for dette fusker firma.

I ordered a package by mistake -as took two payments

I agreed a reduced refund still not paid although advertise 90 day refund, this doesn’t exist
Will report the company to Trading Standards

Received the order, poor packaging just wrapped in bubble wrap no paper instructions you have to download it. I have used it twice , first time was not great. I thought the second time will be better but it chipped within 3 days. Very little powder in the pots.

I placed an order and received it pretty quickly. However, the packaging is very poor. No written instructions. The goods didn’t look like the advert. Having now read the reviews I’m reluctant to use the product as I’ve just spent 6 months getting my nails back to a healthy condition because they were damaged by build a gel. Having decided to return the goods I contacted the Company. I’ve sent three emails but had no response. You can’t return the goods without their permission. Obviously, this is not what they want. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased the set. £30 wasted. I don’t understand how they can get away with such terrible customer service. Don’t buy if your unsure‼️ I will update if I get a response.

It doesn't come in a box which everyone has said. It doesn't matter but it's misleading as to what's on the add. Just put it in a box Manicista!
I thought I must have ordered the wrong color but reading the reviews, maybe I didn't! However I like what was sent, it wasn't a million miles away from what I ordered.
Took a couple of practice times but overall, my nails look lovely. They are strong and it peels off after about a week but that's fine for me. My nails were absolutely not damamged! I will be ordering again from them as I hate going to the salon and this is a nice compromise for me.

Been in contact with company for 10 days now. I opened the box realized I am allergic to the system. Wrote to them to return. They will not send me return address. I have been back and forth with them.
I am so mad!!! What a hassle.

Scam warning - don’t buy from this company. Tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after I ordered it but they said it was too late. Then tried to get a return address. They wouldn’t give me a return address. They offered a 30% refund -then 70% refund -then 100% refund. No refund has ever been received. They said they have a technical problem issuing refunds. What a joke.

Received as a Christmas present from my husband, arrived in a Jiffy bag with no instructions! After finding how to apply, I did my first set. Cracked and chipped within 24hrs, colours are poor, not as shown on website…absolute rubbish, only advice I can give is DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Very poor product. Chips and cracks appeared within 24 hours but their helpline suggested I hadn’t applied it properly. Tried again with same result so it all went in the bin. Extremely difficult to remove and my nails were left very damaged. Do not buy.

Very poor. Ordered the starter kit in a box as a Christmas present. Some items ( not what was ordered) turned up 2 weeks later in a Jiffy bag. No instructions either.
Reported this but had nor response to return. Still waiting for a response

Wish I'd seen the reviews first! Company not keen to refund, even though they have a policy on website. Any refund must be agreed by them before you can send back, but they aren't replying to my emails, so currently unable to return.

Product arrived way after 10 business days stated on their website, and only offered a 30% refund which is ridiculous. Also not bothered to use when I saw that the ingredients are the same as super glue,(not the powders) I noticed same review from others, which is hard enough to remove from skin so can only imagine damage it could do to nails. Am sure I will find a use for the powder for handicraft products

The advert says they last 3-4 weeks.. more like 3-4 minutes. The nails chip really easily and then you’ll spend more time taking it off than you did putting it on. Don’t bother

Cannot believe any good reviews for this product was so clumpy and looked just terrible.
