I purchased the heritage aluminium French doors and they look fantastic! Mick came to my home a few weeks after I left a deposit to survey the area. He then returned a few weeks later to fit the doors with a colleague. He was on time, professional, tidy and friendly. Excellent service!

Great service from initial consultation, to survey and fitting. We had a big wooden Edwardian window replaced with a slimline aluminium and MWF even replaced our window sill that wasn’t part of the initial quote, but due to the differing depths of the different windows, patching the gap wasn’t possible. We’d been previously let down by another company who had done a botch job on other windows at the back of the house and ran off with our money and without the bay window, so MWF did a great job of matching up the two jobs.

Very personal service - MWF matched stained glass in door with the arched window above. Great choice of 3 quality options for the sash windows - we went for the middle & very pleased.

Last year MWF installed new windows downstairs and last week upstairs was done by the same team of installers.
Everything went smoothly and the guys cleaned up everything afterwards. Very happy with the end result, especially proud with my sash windows in the bedrooms which stand out beautifully. Expensive but worth every penny. Thank you to everybody for your outstanding service.

Repkacement period windows look amazing, and are really great quality. Happy with the service and communication throughout from MWF. There was a cosmetic issue with one of the double glazing units, but the fitters spotted it, pointed it out to me and made sure it was put right, keeping me informed the whole time. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

MWF were very efficient in every way with excellent personable fitters. Slight problem with some finger marks within the glazing but Danny had the glass replaced without a quibble. Excellent company to deal with.

The whole journey with Manchester Window Factory was great from start to finish. Really knowledgeable and open when coming round and quoting, and the fitters did such a good job and worked around us as we were in the house. And finally, the windows look great and easy to use. Hoping we can see the benefit of triple glazing soon!

We are so glad that we chose MWF to supply and fit our new Timberlook French doors. Having experienced the ‘hard selling’ approach of other suppliers it was a joy to find people who were just focused on providing a quality product and service at a reasonable price based on their reputation alone. The fitters did an excellent job and left everywhere clean and tidy. The new doors look amazing. We highly recommend MWF and will have them back to fit new windows as and when they need replacing.

They came out promptly to give a quote. Their product and company were explained in detail and a price was given without any of the 'if you sign now you can have extra discount' nonsense which I find annoying.
I just want to know your best price without hours of sales pressure.
Their quote was comparable with several other companies and they were a local family company of long standing. As our order included having 2 bays fitted I wanted to ensure I was happy with the structural strength of the windows and the fitting process. We were kept informed of the order's progress and fitting date.
The fitting team were very courteous and tidy workers.
They identified a dirty mark on the inside of the glass on one of the sealed units so ordered a replacement and refitted it within 4 working days.

I got triple glazed windows at a very good price and everything went completely smooth with no issues.
