Professionally managed and installed, we could not be more delighted with our MWF's Bi-fold doors and the transformation they have made.

We obtained 3 quotes. The MWF price seemed very fair. The salesman was experienced and knowledgeable. He was very willing to answer all of our questions, but did not pester us while we took our time to make a decision. The work started on time. A large team of people was assigned to the installation work. They seemed to know what they were doing, were polite and conscientious and tidied up carefully after each day. We are very pleased with the product (wood effect uPVC in golden oak colour) which is just right for our traditional house. They are making good any minor glitches that occurred along the way.

The team at Manchester Window Factory are brilliant. We had 11 windows and have since ordered 2 more. The service was excellent from start to finish! Their pricing was competitive, the installation was high quality, everything well organised and overall the windows are great quality.

Would highly recommend.

2 day job,conservatory windows,roof and doors.End of day 1,half a roof,no windows, workmen gone,no tarpaulin to secure the conservatory it was left open to the elements,it rained that night,conservatory floor wet and then muddied next day with workers shoes.Day 2,roof and windows installed, doors too big,we now have Sterling board where the doors should be, doors won't be ready for a week.something obviously dropped on the floorastheres now a hole in one of the floor tiles.Absolutr disgrace,shambles from start to (not) finish.

I recommend Manchester Window Factory. We have used them twice now. From the quote visit, survey and installation we were kept informed of progress. The installers arrived promptly, worked efficiently and tidily, cleared up and left everything tidy when completed.

18 months ago, after looking at different companies, we chose MWF to replace our french doors. We were so delighted with the quality and appearance of the doors that we decided to replace all the windows in our house. If you are considering MWF then do not hesitate. There’s no hard selling, just sound advice on fitting and style and a fair price. The service provided is personal - you don’t feel you are dealing with an arms-length company. The fitters are polite, friendly, helpful and clearly take pride in both their workmanship and leaving things tidy after work has been completed. Our home has been transformed with the new UPVC windows which look amazing.

Having previously used MWF in our old house, we got the guys round to replace some windows in our new property. There is no messing about with sky high quotes that suddenly get slashed when you refuse them, just honest prices from the start. The quality of the windows and fitting is excellent, and they have already made a difference to the warmth and sound levels in our house.

Everyone we dealt with was really helpful throughout - we had several visits to the showroom and each time everyone was happy to discuss our requirements and explain the options. The fitters were excellent and we are really pleased with the final result. We would definitely use MWF again.

Extremely efficient installation and very clean and tidy. We wanted to retain the Edwardian appearance of the front of our house and these superb windows have done just that.

Recently had full set of windows fitted by MWF in a top floor flat. Unfortunately I had a holiday booked for their nearest available date however, I felt that I could trust them with the keys to the property so they could complete the works whilst I was away.

On return,I have found the property clean and tidy, and the work carried out was very neat and professional.

They had even installed some additional panelling around the external of one window that desperately needed attention, but I was dreading do to due to access issues. It's now lovely, clean and bright, and will hopefully never need looking at again!
Will definitely use these guys again
