I love these people. I foolishly ordered a singing, dancing, light-up robot for Hanukkah during the Sukkot holiday so had my order cancelled and money refunded. I was advised to reorder on the Monda... Vis mer

My experience with Manchesterjudaica…
My experience with Manchesterjudaica was excellent. I received my purchase in Canada in just 3 days!! I was very impressed. My only small issue is the books I ordered are part of a series, and one of them has the title written from bottom to top while the other 4 are top to bottom. I am sure not the fault of the seller. I would definitely order from them again.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry for the delayed response.
I’m also truly sorry to hear that the pictures and description were not clear enough for you, and that the product was not what you expected. This is definitely not the experience I want my customers to have.
I am already working on improving the quality of the photos and product descriptions so everything will be much clearer for future customers.
I also wish you had contacted me before placing the order — I would have gladly sent clearer photos and made sure you knew exactly what you were getting.
I’m here to help and would really like to make things right for you.
Please let me know how I can assist you now so you feel satisfied.
