I love these people
I love these people. I foolishly ordered a singing, dancing, light-up robot for Hanukkah during the Sukkot holiday so had my order cancelled and money refunded. I was advised to reorder on the Monday, which I did. Parcel arrived a few days later. It was carefully packed in a cardboard box and bubble wrap.
The owners of the business communicated with warmth and friendliness.
It would have been nice to have had a contact name to add distinction to an already excellent service.
