I had never used Maltings 4x4 before and was spending a lot of money on parts, i was uneasy if i would receive the genuine parts i ordered. No need to be worried though, the correct parts arrived on time. great service and will be buying from them again.

Wouldn’t even rate one star. after weeks of constant faf, where do I start I brought a new high pressure fuel pump on “clearance” apparently. well it’s not quite clearance is it Maltings? You are selling faulty/broken goods!! You originally sent me the wrong pump so I sent that back after I had basically fixed it for you. And you gave me a partial refund for which is fair enough. I then received the correct pump for the car which so as it turns out was faulty after fitting it “but no it won’t be the pump that’s faulty” so you sent me another clearance pump and I have got it working, £120 in belts later. I've spent countless hours installing and uninstalling parts and checking over things. You never kept me updated as to when you received the units from me back and you couldn’t even let me know when you had sent out another unit, this has by far been the worst level of service I have received by a company will never use this company again!, you also never get a callback and you get passed buck to buck shocking service well wouldn’t even call it a service to be truthful!

Be careful ordering these blanking plates for Jaguar XF egr blanking plates it said on description for jaguar XF I took them to my mechanic one was ok the other one had to be redrilled to fit as bolt holes didn’t line up was going to send them back but car had already been off road for 2 weeks but otherwise fast delivery car sorted now

Exceptional Land Rover knowledge.. I am guessing what they don’t know you could write on a stamp.

Visited Maltings on two occasions over the past few
months, for parts for my Freelander 2. My last visit
was regarding an annoying issue which had plagued
my fl2 and many more according to Land Rover forums
I had personally replaced every conceivable part and
sensor which had been mentioned by other owners,
with no difference whatever. After a short road test
with one of the staff at Maltings he came up with a
possible solution. Time will tell. And very grateful.

Avoid – No Refund, Aggressive Service, Poor Accountability

I placed an order with Maltings on 7th May for a spare wheel lock.

When it arrived, it was clearly not compatible. Returning it turned into a drawn-out ordeal multiple requests for photos, delays in sending the return form, and general resistance. I returned the item in its original packaging, completely undamaged.

Out of nowhere, I received vague photos from Luke Greaves implying I had returned the wheel lock damaged. I wrote a letter clearly explaining it was returned the same way it was sent to me and I would appreciate a full refund. Upon receipt of this letter Luke left an angry voicemail stating that unless I spoke to him directly, no refund would be issued. He then called again from a different number. His tone was aggressive and intimidating, completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the Managing Director, Mr. Farmer, later confirmed in writing that they would not be issuing a refund and intended to keep my money despite the item being unsuitable and returned in good faith.

I believe I am fully entitled to a refund under consumer protection regulations, as the item was unfit for purpose. I was left nearly £200 out of pocket for something I purchased in good faith. Three months on this company has still not refunded any of my money.

Poor service, zero accountability, avoid Maltings at all costs.

Knowledgeable, efficient and extremely helpful in timely sending a part for our Discovery Sport to our address in France. Could not be better service!
