Fast, efficient service. Parts arrived in perfect condition, as advertised. If the tracking number for the postal delivery doesn't work immediately, don't worry. It has to be scanned by the post office first. Lot's of updates from both pro bikes and the post office up to an including the point of delivery. Overall very satisfied with price, service and delivery.

Excellent service, these brake parts are out of stock in most outlets. Found them on Probikeparts and at a great price. Ordered them and they arrived in like 1-2 days!
Cycle center fitted them this month and my son is over the moon with the quality for such a small price.

I placed an order for 4 items.
The bottom bracket didn't get sent at all.
The water bottles I ordered are the wrong colour and size.
The bottle cages were the wrong ones but more expensive and I'm happy with them.
Very disappointing.
I've emailed and waiting for a reply from customer service.

A guy called Richard quickly addressed the problem, there was a mix up with another order similar to mine.

I have now received all demanded items and ended up with a bottle cage upgrade!

Overall very satisfied.

Ordered tyres and tubes, arrived quickly and well packaged , tyres easy to fit.
