Products are absolutely outstanding, makes me skin feel so beautiful and I feel so confident, I've got my partner hooked, she absolutely loves them!
Absolutely adore Laura always so so helpful, always makes you feel positive! The most lovely and helpful lady!

I’ve spend over £300 on mallows beauty now. My skin has never felt better. It’s helped with my acne and shaving rash. Strawberry legs are nowhere to be seen. Genuinely love their products and ranges. Scents are changing constantly it’s fab! Couldn’t recommend anymore. And THEY SMELL INCREDIBLE

upsetting
I had an item missing from a mystery box, as like many other people did. It got replaced but it took a while for them to get back to me, something similar happened with the fact I got the wrong products of JellinWithJess’ which I messaged and emailed them and the issue wasn’t resolved. Very disappointed how they were live Xmas eve and Boxing Day, as they are pretty much live 18 hours a day! It feels like the brand has lost what it stands for recently, and the products have suffered

The company is going downhill.
November sub box was some old stock from last year, body scrub has leaked all over the box.
Customer service took ages to reply, which is no surprise as only one person does it.
They have also deleted reviews on their website about sub box. Very disappointed and will avoid this company in the future

Going downhill
Mallows have some amazing products but, have gone downhill lately. November's sub box was a disgrace. They sent out last year's Christmas stock and lied about it. The scrub was a different texture (the old one) than the same scrub we brought this year. No apologies or owning up has been made. Just lies. They also deleted all negative reviews about this on their website. Also a mystery box was missing an item in hundreds of orders. Looks like they didn't have the products to start with as the replacements received all had dates on after we bought them initially. These were limited edition products only sold in that box and they claimed when were gone that's it and no more would be made. So disappointing.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for my order as well as for just being such a wholesome brand. I was having such a hectic day when I came home to my delivery, and seeing the little messages and information you pack onto your products has honestly cheered me right up. The world needs more brands like yours, and I will always, always promote you and anyone who spreads such positivity the way you do. So, yeah, I just wanted to repay the kindness and let you know you made my day!

Spent £150 on the advent calendar. It has two number 22s and no number 13. Have emailed several times, no reply. Won't be using again.
Edit: after leaving this review, I was contacted by email and offered a gift voucher as a gesture of goodwill. My emails had been missed due to a new system being implemented. Have adjusted the rating to reflect this.

Really crap customer service they advertise all these good mystery boxes and when mine came meant to have 6 items only 3 I bought two returned two and still no refund have emailed over and over they just ignore you I won’t be using them again !

Mystery Box
Ordered 2 mystery boxes and received 5 items in each instead of 6. Of the 5 items I did get only 2 in each box were full sized….. pretty rubbish. I’ve emailed, messaged on Instagram and TikTok and had no reply from them apart from a useless automated one.
I spent close to £100 on my orders and what I did get was nice just disappointed in the lack of response and the tiny miniatures.

I’ve doing the monthly boxes since feb…
I’ve doing the monthly boxes since feb 24 and spend £100s in the last few months on product so disappointed with December monthly box got 3 minis which doesn’t even add up to the amount of one full product and got a lip scrub that has leaked everywhere in the box did email customer services but they haven’t replied gonna be cancelling now as it’s not worth the amount you pay plus postage on top

Very poor experience
Very poor experience - slow to respond, order took a long time to be despatched and then 4 of the 5 items were missing. Not impressed and won't be using them again (not a great first experience!). I would advise caution using this company - if it weren't for the other reviews I'd have assumed I'd been scammed (fortunately I paid via PayPal), but something definitely seems to have happened to their operations and customer service judging from other recent concerns.

Blocked for no reason
Love the company and products but when live I was muted or blocked for no reason? Which I don’t understand why - I have spent so much money with the company and this wasn’t okay.
It could have been a mistake but no one had responded to my messages in asking.

Quick and effiecent.
Order was shipped quickly and is in a nice box with good packaging to ensure no broken jars.
One of the items I ordered was another product of the same scent range, when I let them know they have very quickly got back to me to let me know they are resending the missing product and to keep or gift the extra incorrect item..
Great service and they smell great too, haven't actually used yet though but will do soon!
