Mallows beauty never fails to impress me! The products smell delicious every single time and they have really helped me with my KP and strawberry skin! I love everything this brand stands for and everyone is so lovely!

Ordered around 3 weeks ago and it kept saying not dispatched. Every time I would contact them it would take them days to reply and then would get told "i have printed the labels and it's being packed now for dispatch this afternoon" and now 3 weeks later its been cancelled due to not having sufficient stock, so not only have I been lied to on multiple occasions they have also had my money for 3 weeks and now it's going to take upto another 2 weeks to get my money back. Do not order it's not worth the hassle

Ordered a few products and and apparently they were out of stock, nobody contacted me to tell me this but it let me order them. I had emailed customer service so many time and no response because my order hadn’t been despatched, 9days later I get a response and told items out of stock so I replaced with something else. Order was despatched and 2 days later it’s still not reached Royal Mail. Customer service very poor

Terrible customer service. Have not received my order (ordered three months ango) and cannot get a response. Would not recommend.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID!!!

paid for a package which was dispatched and awaiting courier pick up hours later… 3 weeks later and still not been collected. Emailed, mesaaged on TikTok, instagram and their website and had no response in 2 weeks. Awful

Amazing products (seriously, cannot fault them for that), but the customer service has really taken a nose dive recently.

It is probably a side effect of the business growing at the rate that it is, but something does need to be done about it. I asked a question weeks ago via their chat function on the website and no one has responded to me.

Fingers crossed nothing goes wrong with an order or else I’d have to end up trying to dispute it via my bank.

My husband bought me a bundle from tiktok shop. The unicorn shave butter, blackberry foam cleanser and vitamin C serum, the packaging is beautiful and the smell of the shave butter is amazing! So happy ❤️

I have supported this brand for almost 3 years Initially the service from them was first class but it has slipped over the past few months.

I received a gift card for Christmas of 2022 and travelled to their Cardiff store to try and spend it in January of 2023.

Firstly, they didn’t have the moisturiser in stock that I was looking for so I ended up picking out alternative items. When I went to pay, the girls didn’t know how to process my gift card on the till, they tried and tried but couldn’t do it and advised me to use it online instead. I ended up putting my items back and left empty handed. I can’t fault the girls working there, they were really nice and apologetic.

I returned a month later (February 2023), and they still didn’t have the moisturiser in stock and still didn’t know how to process the gift card…

I emailed customer service and Charlotte told me if I order online she would refund me the delivery fee due to the issues I’d been having. I waited weeks for the moisturiser to come back into stock and didn’t want to wait any longer so I ended up ordering different items and bought a moisturiser from a different brand.

Fast forward to July 2023 & my most recent purchase. I ordered via TikTok shop on 26/07/23. After a week of my order not being dispatched I contacted customer service in order to chase it up as the items were for my birthday, this was on the 03/08/23.

On 05/07/23 I had an email from TikTok saying it was finally dispatched (11 days after ordering) and my items were delivered on 06/08/23.

On 14/08/23, I FINALLY had a reply to the email I sent on the 03/08 containing a screenshot of the parcel on my doorstep. No apology for delay in email reply or delay in sending out items and then saying “ If I can help you with anything further, please do not hesitate to get in touch babe! 💖”. Honestly it just felt so condescending and the term “babe” feels inappropriate when dealing with customer service issues.

I recently commented on one of their TikTok videos about my experience and Laura asked me to reach out to her.

I received an email back after a week with a sincere apology and she has offered to call me to discuss the situation further. This has slightly restored my faith in the company that she actually wants to hear the issues and correct them.

I can’t say every order I have made has been awful because that isn’t true. I have had multiple orders without issues but it’s these recent experiences had really left me disappointed.

As for the products, the masks, scrubs and body butters are really nice. The pineapple mask had made such a difference to my acne. The only product I’ve tried and been disappointed with is the shower gel/bubble bath. Great as a gel but it doesn’t bubble up enough to be called a bubble bath.

The best products, recently pitched the HA and vitamin C serums and I love them they make my skin feel so soft. Amazing company love all their products I’m obsessed.

Lovely product but items missing.

The scrubs and shave butters are lovely and the fragrances are all amazing. But in 2 orders I have had one items missing and the wrong item in the travel bundle.

Although the replace the items it mean having to chase with customers service.

I made a large order 6 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been sent to me. I have sent numerous emails and messages on social media to just be ignored. Just really want my money back! Looking at other reviews this looks like a common thing

Honestly, I've always moved from one thing to another when it comes to skin care. This is the only brand I've truly stuck with since finding them. I hated shaving my legs now I love it and they look so much better than before. Forever grateful for this company and the products they have created. Peachy is by far my fave scent but I've also now fallen in love with watermelon, strawberry & tropical. Shower time/bath time is now my luxury time thanks to them. Never had an issue with an order and will stick with them for life.

Products not arrived after 9 days. Only sent me an automated email in response to my enquiry so no way of knowing what's happened to my money.
Be cautious when ordering, not as fluffy as it seems.

Love the products bought the spot gel for my son and within few days redness has gone down. I'm using the coffee body scrub and leaves skin amazing. Only problem is I have to pay customs on it as delivered to Ireland which leaves it more expensive. Have to mention the amazing packaging wow makes it feel.like a present to yourself.

Amazing products! I initially bought three trial size to try the shave butter, body butter and body scrub. And I can’t recommend them highly enough. No shaving rash, no razor bulbs and no ingrown hairs. Loved it so much I bought more and I’m making a list of what I want next ha ha

Absolutely fantastic products! I have ordered a couple of times now and have not been disappointed! The body mists smell lush and last. The shave scrub and shave butter leave my skin so soft. Would definitely recommend.
