If you’re thinking about buying the razor don’t think just buy!!
It is honestly the best razor I have ever had. Not sure if it’s just me but there’s been times I’ve shaved my legs n still felt stubble where with this razor it gets straight to the hairs n leaves your legs so smooth. Not even being dramatic when I say it’s change my life 🩷

Ordered on Friday 19th and still waiting for my order to be shipped.

I have been told several times that it is ready and tracking will update but nothing! Emailed again and now I seem to be ignored.

They can stand and pack orders live for Tiktok but someone can't go and physically check the warehouse to find missing orders.

I really like the products but the level of customer service you get is ridiculous.

No human support when orders are missing. Order placed on 18/7, tracking information states it was sent on 23/7. The tracking information hasn't updated. I've requested support and emailed multiple times, yet all you get back is automated replies. There's no phone number to ring & they clearly ignore emails. Order states fulfilled on the website and as I only seem to be getting automated replies I'm extremely concerned about getting my money back, luckily I paid on a credit card. Hopefully they can help resolve this.

Dissapointing when they mislead customers with incentives of free gifts with a minimum spend, but then backtrack and state that there were t&c's that excluded certain products from the promotion. There was no mention of this during the TikTok live and hundreds of customers have been left without their free gift after spending the required amount.

It's a shame because I like the products but feel like they mislead their customers to increase sales. Not sure if I'll buy again now!

The shaving butters and razor have helped my shaving routine so so much.
The body butters are unreal too and leave my skin feeling super soft.

I wanted to update my review because I was contacted by Mallows Beauty who have kindly sent out some more scrubs free of charge to rectify my issue below.

I bought the watermelon body scrub and whilst it smells absolutely amazing, the tub literally arrived half full. Not sure if this is how it's meant to be, but unfortunately it's put me off ordering from this company again 😢

I received a sample of the Pineapple Enzyme mask with my order and gave it to my daughter to try as she suffers with acne. The mask was gentle and caused no irritation. I then bought her the whole range of the Pineapple enzyme products. She has been using it for two weeks and there has been significant improvement in her skin. She has only had two new spots occur and her scarring has faded dramatically. I have ordered another set so she does not run out. Very impressed with the product.

After watching TikTok lives for a few days I gave in and went ahead and purchased a mystery bundle.. and am I glad I did! Within 10 mins of receiving my first mystery bundle, I ordered a second mystery box and then again for some other individual products. All of the products I have tried are really as good as they are advertised.

One of my parcels got damaged in transit, quick email to customer services, a quick response and wonderful help, I have a replacement on the way.
Customer service at its very best!!!🤍

I can’t see me ever looking back from Mallows Beauty. Also, may I add the values of this business, the supportiveness and morals of the business and empowerment it gives you is just so heart warming.

Bought beachy shave cream.

Not sure what the hype about but feels cheap, doesn't leather well loads seems to be dropping in the shower. Cant say it helps with strawberry legs either.

Expensive for what it is.

Every purchase I ever make with mallows beauty is amazing I feel joy and excitement to be receiving more of the beautiful products.

I have been purchasing Mallows products for over a year now and i have loved them all. The best shave and softest skin i have ever had. Plus their face cleansers and masks help my skin no end. So I was already amazed by them. But when i recently broke my razor because im a muppet that cant keep a hold of it... the customer service team were straight on with replacing it even though i bought it last year. They have really made my day and i am so happy to know i will have a new one soon ❤️ Amazing customer service along with brilliant products. Whats not to love?!

I’ve been using Mallows for about a year now and there’s so many positives, so here we go:
- I suffered really bad with ingrown hairs after waxing one summer. I had at least 20 on each leg and for years I couldn’t get rid of them. I started using Mallows and now I don’t have a single ingrown hair anywhere!
- Using the body scrub, shave butter, and body butter religiously helped my shaving rash in my more delicate areas (it’s not completely gone but it’s calmed it down an incredible amount).
- I have sensitive, eczema-prone skin and Mallows is so gentle and moisturising that it actually helps keep my eczema at bay.
- Tattoo girlies, this is for you! Since using Mallows, my older tattoos seem more vibrant and fresh. The Mallows team should absolutely be marketing this stuff as tattoo revitalising.
- Lastly, the smells are incredible. They don’t smell a bit like chocolate, or pineapple, or candy cane, or carrot cake…they smell EXACTLY like it!

I just want to finish by commenting on the customer service of the amazing Mallows team. I’ve had one or two issues in the past (like me accidentally using an old postal address) and they sorted it out in MINUTES, and this was way after hours. The kindness and dedication of this team makes for excellent customer service.

Cannot fault the Mallows team or their products one little bit!

A little back story, I’ve been struggling with strawberry legs lately and no products seemed to be working no matter how much I exfoliated, moisturised nothing seemed to work, enter mallows products! I bought this on a whim after reading reviews and seeing it all over TikTok, I bought the strawberry legs set which included,

-coffee body scrub
-unicorn shaving butter
-peachy body butter

When I tell you this had made my skin so silky smooth! it’s the softest my skin has been in such a long time, not only has it combatted some of my lumps and bumps I get when shaving, it has made my skin like a baby’s bottom the glow has made my jaw drop it has left such a healthy, glossy shine with no sticky or greasy feel to it, This product has exceeded my first impressions and i definitely will be continuing to buy and try new products they produce! Such a well thought out 3 step process!

Placed an order after being drawn in by the ‘free’ items added to the basket when ordering bundles. Except when the order was finally delivered, none of the free items which were stated as being included in the order (including being listed on my receipt) were actually provided. Order remains ‘partially fulfilled’ on their website as they only dispatched the items paid for- not the free items.

No one contacted me or provided an explanation to say why, they just didn’t dispatch them. I had to chase to find out how long dispatch would take-was around 9 days despite watching them pack live orders as they came in online- so I didn’t reach out again and cut my losses on the promised ‘free’ items with the order.

Disappointing they were let down by the customer experience as the products received were actually really good.

I am in love with all the products, I have so many I’ve had to rearrange my bathroom, I love watching the lives, the girls are amazing. I also have psoriasis, and I have to be careful with what I use, and I can say after using your products, my skin is no wear near as itchy, red or sore. I love mallows so much. I do have to say your Watermelon range is the best, it’s amazing 🍉😍

I was on the live 21.04.24 and Mikayla was great, she is a boss, especially when people come in and try and bully her for being a plus size queen, everyone on the live are so informative, and just all round amazing!😍

Beautiful range of products and excellent customet service. Box arrived promptly with delights and packaged with love. I must say using mallows range makes me feel like ive really pampered myself.

Beautiful company and amazing products can't get enough of mallows beauty I don't use any other brand since using them. The staff are all amazing and love the lives with the girls. i have over 40 mallows beauty products and i absolutely love them all!!! as a girly with eczema prone skin i have found that mallows shaves, scrubs and butters have never ever caused any problems for me! i adore the motive and messages behind the entire brand as they preach for self love and care and most importantly body positivity. i have bought about 7 mystery bundles from watching the lives and the girls on there are always happy to answer any questions and give us the best deals too! the scents are just as incredible as they sound and the seasonal themes are so lush!! i would 100% recommend a mystery bundle to anyone who is thinking of including mallows into their self care routine as there is such a range of products in their mystery bundles!!
