Placed an order on 26/12 and still waiting for it to be dispatched, not had any communication since placing the order. Can’t seem to be able to contact anybody at the company for an update, yet they’re posting daily on social media and deleting comments for people asking for assistance. Very unprofessional.

First of all-this isn’t a “small business” like it states. They’re on LIVE telling us all how they’ve just packed over 6,000 orders. Then showing they’re in high street chemists. Don’t let the “small business” chat hoodwink you. They have a large warehouse and plenty of hands to help. There’s no excuse for this.

This review was originally 1 star but I have finally received my order after 3 weeks. The items themselves are lovely; but the whole SALE for Boxing Day was a joke. Don’t run a sale if you can’t fulfil your current orders then expect customers to wait weeks with next to no communication.

It states Next Day Delivery on their website but then their Customer Service team says they dispatch all orders next day but typically it takes 3-7 days for orders to ship. Then it’s not next day delivery so advertising it as that when we pay for it is muggy. Ordered on the 1st of Jan and I received no update other than to say order confirmed, the tracking page says unfulfilled. It’s clear that they’ve been behind on orders over Christmas especially after doing the £5 Boxing Day Sale but the very least they could have done is emailed their customers who placed orders during this time to apologise. Safe to say I will never be ordering from this company again.

Incredibly disappointed, placed an order via their website on Dec 22nd, havent received a single email to update me on my order. Emails to the company have been completely ignored (despite their automated email saying someone will be in contact within 1-3 days). I understand it’s Christmas, but why run such a big sale when they obviously can’t keep up with demand and send updates to paying customers.

UPDATE - received my order on Jan 6th, Mallows have now been in touch to apologise for the delay and refunded P&P, alongside a token of appreciation for the delay

I recently placed an order for several items however only some turned up. It was black friday time so can imagine there was loads of orders. I emailed explaining the issue and the customer service was 10/10. Scarlett responded really quick and got everything sorted so fast. I received the rest of my order today and everything is perfect. Thank you Scarlett!!

Don’t order from here they took my money had no email about product ,waited 3 weeks before sending them an email and they were very rude and passive aggressive and told me that they would look into it , I waited a week and nothing . After sending a third email they told me that they sent an email ages ago (they hadn’t) and that I should’ve known that my order was cancelled and then they proceeded to keep my money for even longer . Don’t shop here as they’re nasty and will keep your money

I brought a couple of mystery boxes and a couple of single items to add into families Christmas presents but have ended up keeping the majority of it for myself and still ordering more. These products have completely changed my skin, it's no longer dry and no strawberry skin! Love watching the lives on tik tok, lots of offers and fabulous advice from the team on how to use everything. I highly recommend these products...thank you Mallows Beauty for giving me my confidence back x

I ordered a gift card for my friends birthday, within the minute I got sent the gift card through my email, was very pleased with the speed of which it was sent. All the products are also amazing, been using the shave butter for years!

Awful service!! I placed a pre-order for 3 advent calendars weeks ago and they have still not arrived and it is the first of December. These were gifts and I have had to purchase some elsewhere in time for 1 December. Contacted them several times and just received AI generated replies. Will not be using them again! Do not order through them!

My skin is very sensitive to most products, but I am honestly in love with these products - ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve always had such an amazing experience when ordering or using Mallows Beauty products.

Dont walk, Run to this brand!!! The vampire facial line is a must have! I’ve had far better results than with expensive designer brands iv used literally after just one day. Still to try out my shaving kit and products but have every faith those will be just as amazing! My only issue, and its a tiny one, is that most of the products I bought all went half price the very next day, which is a little frustrating.
However, Mallows really do help bring your confidence back! Thank you

I cannot express how much this brand has helped improve my confidence, my self love and self care!
Due to personal health reasons, the treatment I have required takes a physical and mental toll on me and I became a shell of the person I once was.
Since finding Mallows I have also found myself again. Family and friends have commented on how I have my spark back, and they’re right, I do.
Mallows is so much more then incredible shaving and skincare products, it’s a whole community of people who support each other, laugh, joke and share the absolute excitement and giddiness of when newness arrives in the Mallows shop!
My skin is glowing, my legs are smoother then ever (get the razor, I promise you, you will not regret it!) but most importantly, every day I grow in confidence, I know I am worthy, I know I am deserving.
So yes, I absolutely recommend Mallows Beauty and all their incredible products!

P.S - Get the Violet Glaze Post Shave Oil before it goes, it is AMAZING!!

The best skincare and body care business in the UK! Tried 30+ products and not a single one I had any complaints about. Also the best customer service team and staff that go above and beyond for customer satisfaction

Why did I wait so long!?
I kept seeing Mallows Beauty popping up on my socials and kept talking myself out of buying. I decided to give it a try and bought the strawberry body scrub and unicorn shave butter. I am not disappointed!!
Delivery was quick, packing was super cute and the scrub and butter...OMG! They smell lush and my legs have never felt so good!
Can't wait to try more! Thank you Mallows ❤️

Horrible not suitable for sensitive skin brought the minis on the live to try skin has gotten worse more ingrown and broke out with a rash

ordered on 26th of July, 7th of August and still not order. Was told my customer support it would take 5-7 business days during busy time but still don’t even had word it’s been dispatched as I was told I’d get, hopefully the order will show up soon!

I ordered on the 21st July - today is 1st August, still haven’t received my order, still hasn’t been dispatched. Emailed customer services who said it will be dispatched by the end of the week, it’s Thurs - still nothing.
Website states 5-7 working days for dispatch busy periods, day 10 working days, still nothing. £54 wasted at the minute for a late gift.
UPDATE - 7th AUGUST - Finally received my order :-)
