bought a mega clearance off tiktok, product description stated 11 items including the lifetime garentee razer starter pack all to the RRP value £130, i paid £49.95 and I'm lucky if the items I received even reached the value of £50 received 5 items not the 11 stated. tried to reach out to mallows on a few platforms including email and NOT ONE was read or responded to, shocking customer service when you are clearly engaging on social media daily, shocking packing staff as didn't read the labels properly clearly. was my first and last order and yes I will be returning my items for a refund. first impressions matter sadly.

Excellent item, fast delivery, lovely packaging. Bought as a birthday gift which my Sister loves. I didn't even consider the comfort of the LED Mask but my sister said straight away how comfortable it was.

Great set for granddaughter

Waited over 1 month for delivery. Always me that had to make contact to find out about cause for delays. Money taken from my account on day of order, not when it was shipped over a month later. I also had to point out refund needed as unable to fulfil my original order. Poor communication and customer service, won’t be back to this company. Much better is out there.

Love these products! The coffee scrub with the unicorn shaving butter really does help with strawberry legs. I don’t feel like I have to shave as often either. I love the peach body butter too, it leaves my skin so soft.

Delivery is always prompt, products are always fantastic and who doesn’t love a pink package arriving at their door!

Ordered just under £60 worth on 24/2/2025. Money taken from my account on that very day. No word of shipment after a week, emailed them , they said delay on order. Another week went by, no further follow up advice from them, emailed again they said delay on some stock. Asked them to leave out the delayed stock and send what they had. They said they couldn’t possibly do that. No explanation given why. Waited a further 2 weeks and asked for a full refund as no goods arrived. Strangely, I was advised that shipment had just gone out, I could refuse to take the delivery and once this refused order was back with them, then they would refund me. Shipment arrived( minus the stock they said was delayed, the same stuff I said to not bother with earlier. This contradicted all the advice they gave me saying they couldn’t possibly do that.) I then had to ask for a refund of the stock that was missing from my order. Email came through from them saying it was pending.
So: money taken from my account on the day of order , and had to wait one month for the stuff to arrive and very poor communication and advice in the meantime.
Poor customer service. Haven’t used their products so unable to judge their quality .
Shan’t be bothering with this company again. Bit of a cheek taking your money on the day of order and no shipment til a month later.

Beautiful. Smell unreal!

I really wanted to give 5 stars but my most recent order was very disappointing. I’ve made 3 orders now, the latest one made 1st march. On 12th march I suddenly remember I hadn’t received any confirmation to say the order had been dispatched nor had I received anything. I contacted them and got a response to say some of the products I ordered were on order and as soon as they come in, it would be sent out. This was a bit frustrating as this wasn’t anywhere on the website, on the product page or in my confirmation email to say there was a delay. Emailed them again yesterday (19th) as still hadn’t heard anything and got an email today to say it has been despatched. Unsure if it’s a coincidence or if my order someone got missed but if I hadn’t chased it, I don’t know what would have happened. The products however are all amazing so that’s why I do reorder. I just think things need to be made clearer!
