Lovely products and even though delivery was a little slow due to Christmas the customer service was great

Love all mallow beauty products and all their products smell gorgeous

I have ordered enough items to receive a freebie and they just did not include it in the package!
Contacted customer support just be given a lousy fiver for their brand and to be told “Unfortunately, we are unable to send freebies out by themselves xxx”
Absolute joke

I absolutely love Mallows Beauty. All of their items smell amazing and they do a fantastic job of keeping my skin soft. The shave butters are so fragrant and easy to shave with.

Great service for delivery too

Wonderful service as always! I was promptly let know that there was a slight delay in delivery due to large order numbers, which wasn’t a problem for me at all! I received a lovely little gift as an apology and got my order a few weeks later - very happy with both products and service! :)

Communication was great and products lovely as usual!

Great products with a fair delivery time. The products themselves haven’t disappointed- facial moisturiser is fab and it’s too early to tell if the body scrub will do much difference but it has a lovely smell so happy to use it all! Only thing that’s removed a star is, I ordered over the NY and with a huge sale on I absolutely understand the delay in postage, however I do think it’s a little cheeky to only offer next day delivery with the additional cost, when NND could not be guaranteed.

Starting off with the positives, I absolutely love the body products. The shave butter, body scrubs and body butters feel really luxurious, smell amazing and leave my skin really smooth. After loving the body products I bought a few of the skincare products in the £5 sale including the cleansing balm, hyaluronic acid serum and the pineapple enzyme moisturiser, and although they smell amazing, they didn’t do so great on my skin. I have very sensitive/reactive skin and suffer badly with eczema on my face, and unfortunately the products caused a reaction of heat/redness on my face and were quite drying. I was a little disappointed as I heard the products do well with eczema, but it wasn’t meant to be! Will still continue to purchase the body products though as they really are great.

Body scrubs are a pass for me - I love the ones from Lush so thought I would give these both a go but both watermelon and apple one arrives with leaky residue. The tubs don't seem to seal properly so they were quite dry and ended up using half a tub in one wash. Don't see these being cost effective for me.

I placed my first order on 3rd January which didn't arrive until 16th January.

I was so excited to get everything as I'd been wanting to order for a while now after seeing the products online.

However, 3 out of the 4 body scrubs I ordered had broken seals. 2 of which looked like half was missing.
I emailed customer services but had an automated reply and am still yet to receive a response.

Asides from that, the products smell beautiful and I can't wait to try them..

Still Havnt even received a confirmation email, when I log in to my mallows account online it’s saying I Havnt placed an order yet, the only confirmation of the order I have is my Clearpay confirmed payment plan and an order number it is starting to really distress me after recent trauma all I want
To do is give my self a little pamper i never buy myself anything struggling to get anywhere with it either

The staff are so friendly I learnt how to love my own body I have scars and scratch marks and strawberry legs after I been use there body scrub and shave butter and I can see a really differents and I love the pineapple skin care I got really sensitive skin and it really helped my skin and seen a really different with my skin it looks healthier less brake outs I been using this company over a year now and won’t use any other company but mallows

Fantastic product and excellent communication from company ❤️

No order since mid of December. So disappointed.

Ordered a lot of items on the 27th December and it’s now the 10th and I’ve still not received no update. I’ve been wanting to try this brand for a while but never had any spare money to treat myself, the one time I did and I’ve received nothing, no update… nothing. I am utterly gutted… I do understand how hard it can be the time of year when I ordered my products… I just feel deflated with my whole experience… I’ve emailed customer services twice to try and source an update but still received nothing…. Truly disappointed in the brand.

I use Mallows products all the time, particularly the hyaluronic mask and the shave butters (which are absolutely lush, I use them every day and they are so much better than the 'whipped soaps' you see elsewhere).

I normally order off their website, app and tik tok, and the products normally arrive within a day or two.

I think the team have been getting a bit of flack because of slow shipping during their £5 sale.

But do you know why it has been slow? The products are SO GOOD they have been inundated with orders - £5 is an absolute bargain for their shave butters.

I emailed them to check my order and had a quick response explaining the delay - I am just happy to know nothing has gone missing, and the order is on its way, I can wait.

They are a gorgeous small business, and don't have the facilities of Amazon etc. to churn out orders, and I am happy to back them!

No-one is going to die waiting a few days extra for a few treats, which in my opinion, are wholly worth the wait.
