I have no complaints regarding my pick up although I contacted the company when I arrived at the airport and the person was rude and hang up on me.
On my return transfer the driver were late by 15min, I tried to contact the company numerous time but no one answered the calls. The driver has driving very fast and rushing us to be able to arrive at the airport on time, he was also blasting some Moroccan music and wouldn't turn down. Me and my friends had to literally run through security as our flight was boarding already. I then emailed the company with the complaint and they are not interested at all. Their reply was: the driver took a toll road to be quicker, we don't do refunds.
I would never use this company again, I would rather book with a more professional company.

In reply to your comment below: The Aparthotel has only 1 main reception, I saw the driver arriving as I was outside waiting for 30min. The driver wouldn’t need to take the toll road if he wasn’t running late anyway. So that’s pointless to even mention that I wasn’t been charged for that!

I would certainly use this company again-good service and lovely Vehicles- on time and very friendly.

Everything went smoothly, we were collected at Malaga airport on time in the arrivals hall. The journey to Nerja was quick and comfy (Mercedes car), it was great not having to wait for other people in a coach. The same experience going back to the airport. The drivers were friendly and the car very comfy. I would not hesitate to use Malaga transfers again and recommend them 100%. Thank you

Unlike some of the comments below I did not read previous stories of customers. I just googled and they came up ...looked a good price ....and very efficiently the reply to my request for a transfer from Malaga airport to Marbella.
All my emails before my arrival were answered quickly and courteously.
On the morning the flight was over 3 hours late ...I emailed the office and was told not to worry ...the status of my flight would be checked before the driver arrived.
It was so great to meet our driver who was there with our name on it and quickly we were taken to a fabulous car and offered some lovely bottles of water......so welcome after a delayed flight and long journey.
We arrived in Marbella well within the hour and our driver was so helpful and courteous so thank you.
We had a make a early start to return to the airport. I emailed them just to make sure that all was okay and again all my emails were immediately answered and in fact we changed the time that we originally arranged as they was no need to leave so early. Again ....this was so helpful on the part of Malaga Transfer.
Our driver arrived before the time ...he was like our other driver .....helpful and courteous.
After a lovely comfortable trip to the airport we arrived in plenty of time.
I would change absolutely nothing in my experience that we had with Malaga Transfer.
Can I thank them and wish them a nice new 2019 continuing on giving a good service to their customers.
I would have no hesitation in using them again and in recommending them to anyone.

Used Malagatransfer at the w/e and was very impressed with the service we all received. The flight landed early but the driver was still waiting for us at the airport holding out a name. He was very courteous and we were very impressed with the vehicle. We paid the driver for both parts of the journey upon arrival to our apartment.
On return the driver turned up in a timely manner and once again the service was excellent.
Would recommend with no hesitation and would use again as price was very competitive.

Will Never Use Again
The below is my opinion based on the experience I had with this company,
My Partner and I booked a last minute trip to Benalmadena to look at wedding venues. Usually we would book through a travel agent and they arrange the transfers but as it was last minute we booked everything ourselves.
After looking online and seeing the great reviews for MalagaTransfer.co.uk I decided to book a trip with them from the airport to the hotel and back. We had a great experience when we arrived, there was a driver waiting with a sign with our name and she was very friendly. Once we reached the hotel, I paid the driver for both trips (a total of €66.00)
I received a call the next day (Saturday) to say our taxi was outside to take us the airport, this confused me as in my head I had booked the return journey for the next day (Sunday). The driver said that he would contact headquarters and have someone ring me back.
I received a call from their customer service representative who stated that I had requested the taxi for the Saturday and not the Sunday. Upon checking my emails I realized that this was the case, but as the email only gives dates and not days I had missed this.
The terrible customer service began from there, the representative informed me that I would need to pay an extra €30.00 if I wanted to take the journey on Sunday and when I explained I thought this was unfair and would not be using their service for the return trip, the agent HUNG UP on me. I will point out I hadn't even finished my sentence at this stage.
Upset, I emailed the company and asked for a refund as I had paid them to take me to the airport and they did not do this. I now had to find a different means of getting to the airport.
I received a response 2 days later to say that they would not give me a refund. The responding agent, Laura, told me that they would not be giving me any of my money back, because the driver was waiting for me. This, to me, makes no sense as, had I put the wrong date of arrival for example, the driver would have been waiting and not received payment, so I do not see why the outward journey should be any different.
I then requested a part refund and in a very rude email, Laura responded saying basically its your mistake deal with it. Again, I would like to go back to the point that this would not have happened on the inward journey. I would also like to point out that at this stage, and despite having mentioning it in the first and second email, I still had not received an apology for the agent hanging up the phone on me.
I admit that I did book the wrong day but I paid A LOT of money to be taken to the airport and since they did not take me there, I would state that they did not do the job they were hired to do, but took the money anyway.
This company appears to only care about their bottom line, does not take into account that as humans we all make mistakes and are very rude to their customers. I would highly recommend that no one use this crowd. In fact it is a lot cheaper (less then €10.00 for two people) and just as easy to get a train from right outside the airport into Benalmadena.

Malaga Transfers is in my opinion is the very best transfer operator in and around Malaga. I have been using their services for a number of years and cannot fault them one bit. I would urge anyone looking for a top quality tranfer from Malaga Airport to any destination in and around the Costa Del Sol to check them out and book using their website. It is easy to use and confirm everything by email. Their drivers are always punctual and very polite and the vehicles are always clean and very tidy.

A great service that is both reliable and competitively priced. We have now used them 4 times and are delighted to recomend them

We have just returned from Malaga and I never normally would write a review about a Taxi / travel company but I think that the service that Malaga Transfer gave us needs to warrant a review
We arrived late on Saturday night the 29th of September and returned on the 12th October we went through Malage transfers as they were recommended to us by a family member who use them when they go to Marbella .
What can i say both drivers were brilliant , ready when we arrived , picked us up on time and more than anything totally professional polite and the taxis were spotless . were were given help with baggage in and out the cars
All this plus a very competitive price ... If going to Malaga use these people

Used this company for a return journey to Marbella for a group of 19 people - service was very good, coach was on time, comfortable and clean. Price was very good and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

August 2018 - My family and I have used this company several times and again in August this year for a very long transfer from Malaga Airport to the mountain village of Gaucin, which is a considerable drive away especially for the driver! The company employs the most professional drivers we have ever met; greeted with a smile, a hand-shake and a high 5 for the children, they are so smart, polite and friendly, and punctual, and even though we do not speak Spanish we managed to have a smile and laugh together during our trip. The vehicles are spotlessly clean with aircon, which is so welcome in the heat of the Spanish sunshine! One of the children travelling with us suffers from travel sickness but this was no problem for our driver, he asked several times if we needed to stop. The return journey was exactly the same - on time, very helpful with our luggage and the children getting into the taxi. I would not hesitate to recommend using this company and we will certainly do so again in the future. thank you Malaga Transfer for a fantastic start (and end) to our summer holiday.

Excellent service from the company, even after I had to make a change on the day of pick up at the airport as we missed a flight to Malaga!
I even changed our return time and there wasn’t a problem with the driver waiting for us 15 minutes before the scheduled pick up time.
I’ll certainly be recommending the company to freinds and I’ll be using them on our next trip.

Just want to say a massive thank you to your team. We were attending a wedding and a bit anxious about getting to the event in time as it was a long way from Malaga. Your team were very helpful and the taxi arrived in plenty time with a lovely driver and a lovely big comfortable car..far better than we had booked or expected. The last part of the drive was a 3km narrow dirt track and a bit scary but the driver remained calm and didnt complain at all. We really didnt expect them to return for us at the end of the evening but they did and were there waiting for us...again without any complaint about the track. Thankyou for providing a professional and trustworthy service. Highly recommend.

This was our second time using MalagaTransfer and it definitely won't be the last. Excellent service on both occasions. Drivers have all been friendly, punctual and polite with spotlessly clean cars every time.. We find using this service gives us so much more time in the resort compared to using the buses and is totally stress free....
