Top quality clothing at bargin prices and a quick delivery / turnaround. Couldn't ask for more .... will defo be shopping at Maison Threads again.

I ordered shoes for my daughter and did not get it I tried several times to contact and got no answer I do not recommend buying in this store

This company is ridiculous I don’t think they’re aware that they are breaching consumer rights!
If I could give No stars I would. I placed an order for my son on the 15/3/2024 still have yet to receive. I have sent email after email with no response! I have sent an email cancelling my order which they haven’t done and I have the right to cancel my order within the 14 day time frame! They have no working landline number which I find strange! If they were not a 4 hour drive away I would of definitely gone to the store. Honestly times are so hard and to rob people of their hard earned Money is really unfair! I will do my best to take this further.

We ordered from the company with a 2-5 day delivery, weeks later and still no update on the item being shipped. Ended up doing a charge back on our CC and suddenly it's despatched. However, what we actually got was a second hand crib instead. Scratched, no packaging, holes with paint rubbed off where it had been previously fixed together. I could have bought a second hand crib for a fraction of the price from Facebook if I wanted second hand. Emailed them and no reply, intact no reply from any emails we have sent them. Pushing forward on the CC charge back now.

I've been waiting for 3 weeks for my order to arrive, And have sent numerous emails (without response) Stay away from this store.

I waited nearly 3 weeks for my order and when I did the trainers I ordered where no longer available, still waiting on my refund, never again

My product arrived in good order.and the price was good

I placed my order on February 1st. I still haven't received anything. I have tried to contact, I have emailed and have not received any response. Τhe reason i'm writing this review is to protect other people from being scammed.

My order arrived in good time although rather stuffed into a small bag for an expensive pair of trousers. The material was not at all what I was expecting which happens with an online purchase. I looked for their returns system- looks like there isn't one, just a returns address (at your expense), no form or anything to put with it. I emailed their Customer Service to check this was correct and haven't had any reply. They certainly aren't encouraging returns, or in this case return custom.

I have already written a review explaining that I did not receive my package and had to chase it twice. It arrived eventually but no apology was given . It missed my granddaughter’s birthday and I asked for a refund but ended up with a redundant present.

Ordered a gift from this site and 3 weeks later it hasn’t arrived. Order confirmed and money left my account. No update to say it had been dispatched. Contacted customer services who said it would be delivered by a certain date, no surprises that it hasn’t turned up! Now trying to get my money back… Avoid!

Worse communication ever! No emails answered when wrong product sent. Do not trade with this company

I ordered some jeans which were promised delivery within 5 days .The days came and went and then I was told they were coming via post office special delivery which again didn’t happen.I mentioned that I would cancel if they couldn’t deliver and they immediately cancelled the order without even attempting to send it.Very poor service indeed!

Sent the wrong item. 2 weeks later and I am still trying to contact the company to arrange a return and refund. Very poor service and communications
