I have ordered from this company once before and the order was delivered on time and all in order.. however I placed a second order 08/06/24 and still have not received and no communication with the retailer unfortunately.

I received my order quickly but since then I have been trying to contact to see if I can exchange as the tishirt is too big, I have sent several emails with no reply

Do not use this company it’s a terrible company it’s hit and miss sent me faded white shoes smelled mouldy and wrong size sent back and never heard anything back from them think it’s more of a shabby lock up then a shop tracked my returns and there in the barbershop next door 🚪 iv told them and nothing never again my sister is a solicitor so I am going to get some advice from her on this

If you order from them, you will get the worst experience for example:
1. you will get super delay time for your package to be shipped.
2. Once you get the package after long wait, you will find that you items will not arrive complete. One or two items will be missed from the package.
3. To request refund, you will have only option to contact them via email and you will have to talk alone, no one will reply your email. Finally, you won't get refund.

Customer service is

Use this company for the first time, very happy with the custom service and very happy with the item and the price I paid.

Zero - wrong item sent and no communication to my emails on how to return for a full refund and free postage - not happy

Goods were excellent just the right sizes would defo use this Company again

If I could give minus stars, I would.
Had to chase five times to see when my items were being delivered. Got zero to little response.
If I hadn’t of kept chasing I doubt it would have ever been sent.
Finally on delivery a month later one item was missing. Have followed up and heard nothing.
Awful. Do not purchase from here

Wish I’d looked at the reviews before I purchased.
I bought a few items that were much cheaper here than other sellers.
Not only did my items not get dispatched for almost a month, I had to chase five times for them to be dispatched, four times with zero response. And when the delivery did arrive, it was missing an item. So have had to reach out again.
Not worth the money saved.

Tried to return a t shirt,which was too big.Sent it back royal mail special delivery.They couldnt get an answer at the returns address.They don`t reply to emails,complete rip off & con artists.Massively avoid this company.I don`t know how it`s still been able to keep taking orders.Stay away,they are thieves & blatant robbing horrible people.Stay away seriously!!!!

The worst company I have dealt with. I ordered a vilac toy car for £94 for my grandsons 1st birthday with a 3/5 day delivery. Did not arrive in time and sent numerous emails without reply. Eventually on 14/5 I got a short email saying car was damaged and refund processed. No refund received as if date. Shocking customer service. No phone number to contact company. Do not buy from them.

Ordered from here over 2 weeks ago. Was advised on my confirmation email the goods would arrive within 5 business days. Still not here. No correspondence from anyone at Maison threads. Have tried reaching out on numerous platforms. See I’m not the only one having these issues. Mickey Mouse outfit avoid at all costs. Thankfully I’ve been able to cancel through a third party at no financial loss.

No order received, no reply from the company. Having to get money back from the bank, scammers - DO NOT USE

Contacted via their email for information on how to make a return as the item I purchased was damaged. Did not get a reply and still waiting for refund

Ordered something 20th of March and still haven’t received it. Completely ignored too. Absolutely disgusting company please DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Haven't received my order from 3 weeks ago. Received email with estimated delivery of 2-5 days but still not had an email to say it’s been dispatched. Emailed customer service 3 times and also sent messages on social media and had no reply.

Bought running footwear.great price and delivery was quicker than expected.i was would definitely be using this site again.

Great service. Was a bit sceptical of buying at firmest due to all negative comments. But was very good for me. Product come delivered no problem in about 3-4 days. Will definitely buy from here again.
