Extremely poor customer service when I received the wrong item, I will never purchase from them again

First order I placed took over a week to arrive, but did eventually.
Second order, cancelled after 5 days, no communication/emails as to why.
Did not refund order that they did not send, lack of response to query. Ignored communication.
Due to recurring poor reviews on here, Did not mess about and opened a bank investigation. Got my money back via bank investigation.
If you require any kind of refund from this outlet. Be prepared to do similar.

Unfortunately the way the order was wrapped caused damage to the box. The postal bag was stuck directly to the box and I was unable to remove it without damaging the cardboard further. This is intended as a gift so slightly disappointing.

Purchased Kenzo jumper, couple thread loose. Inspect before sending? Emailed support but no reply

Delivery indicated 5-7 days but wasn’t dispatched for over a week. Unable to contact via chat online. On arrival the box looked like has been used several times, had a tissue and old label in the box (with someone else’s address) and was missing one of the 3 items. I would recommend this site at all

I placed my order on 17 Jan, with estimated delivery of 2-5 days. I chased this over a week later, until to be told I would get a refund of the product price & not the delivery charge. I mailed back, stating I would like the delivery charge refunded also. To date, I have not been issued with a refund, nor have I had a reply back.

Ordered on the 12th jan, Still not received, and now Royal Mail are wanting me to pay postage for it to be delivered to me.

My parcel was back to sender, bu there is not any information about money or parcel
