SCAM! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING SOMETHING FROM THEM!
I have purchased Y3 trainers, and they were delivered with 1 day delay, tried shoes on and they were too big, I have sent them back for a refund same day, and received and email saying to provide tracking number.
DHL have tried to deliver 3 times, and than it says that trainers were delivered. Since than I have sent more than 5 emails and still have not heard anything back. also nobody picks up the phone.

I placed an order but did not receive it. I tried to contact them but couldn't reach them. They don't return e-mails or answer phones. I tried to reach you for days but it is impossible. fake company scammers. don't lose your money

I don't want to sounds dramatic but simply stay away from them if you can! Nearly 4 weeks and I am still waiting for the refund, every few days they usually sent me an email with... "Your refund is on it way" but of course the there is nothing back onto my bank account

My Neil Barrett t-shirt arrived today & is perfect, but I can't really recommend them beyond that as their customer service is nonexistent. No replies to emails & their store (which I am pretty sure is permanently shut) don't answer the phone. I’d be concerned if I had to return something as I don’t think the return address is manned. Would I order from them again? No.

This company is a scam. I placed an order on the 17th August, almost 2 weeks ago via a 3rd party website. I've contacted the company via email multiple times, they mentioned to look into it and get back to me. Since then no sign of communication via email, nor any sign of dispatch until then. The order was due to be delivered on 24th August, on the 25th the item was dispatched via 24hrs Tracked Royal Mail service now it's the 29th and I haven't yet recieved my parcel nor had any sign of communication from Maison Threads. I will be avoiding them from now on at ALL costs and do NOT recommend buying from them.

Avoid! Order placed a week ago. No sign of dispatch, No answer to calls or emails. Live chat is just an automated Bot that’s takes you back to the website to track order. Luckily it was just a small purchase. Have raised a chargeback with bank. Would not recommend this so called luxury designer store located in Bradford

Order MT18822 Although I had received my order late I have just received an apology from the company with an explanation of the challenges they’ve recently encountered, this was very honest of them and they have my understanding. I recently gave a bad review but have since took it down due to their honesty and transparency. They are working on a new customer service team so I would give them a chance.

Appalling don’t buy off them . Returned a pair of trainers 2 weeks ago and nothing . Phone rings out email ignored. Next step to go round to the store in Bradford and voice loudly what l think of them

This company is an absolute scam! DO NOT ORDER. My delivery arrived but I have tried to return on various occasions but it keeps getting sent back to me. This is nothing short of CRIMINAL in my opinion and I will be seeking advice from the relevant bodies. I will also be reporting to the Financial Ombusman.

Refuse returned items, do not reply to phone, email or webpage enquires, and are in the process of being struck off Companies House!!!! THIS IS A SCAM.

I have sent items to them for return, and they would not answer to deliver driver. They have also been uncontactable by email or phone! This is a scam! Trading standards have been notified.

Attempted to return items well within the returns period because items arrived to late so haven’t even been opened. My items were sent back to me due to the courier being unable to deliver 3 times due to the business being closed. I’ve now been advised to try and send them back again but I’ll have to cover postage again!
Overall not a great experience

I made an order with number MT17391 on 27th of MAY almost 2.5 months ago!!!!Now we have 3d of August!!!!! and haven't received it yet. After many unanswered emails they sent me after 1,5 month that they apologize because it seamed like the parcel had been stuck with customs. They also informed me that they will send me another order on 10th of July and that i will receive my order within 5-8 days. After 19 days, in 29th of July i send them an email telling that i haven't received anything (order, new notification) and that I also haven't received the tracking details of the new order. Then they answered me that they will send me on Monday the details and they didn't . Then i sent many emails but i had no answer. I now know that it is not just an unprofessional company but fraudulent.

14 of August. I want to change my review because on Friday they returned my money back with a refund very quickly since i asked it. For an order that i made on 27th of May. It was such a big lesson for me to read the reviews ALWAYS before the order. But because of the refund i decided to put one more star

AVOID AVOID AVOID Ordered x2 pairs of veja trainers from them. DPD didnt deliver them and returned them to MasionT - im now in double digits in terms of the numbers of emails i have sent to which i have received only one reply which said (without name/position or contact details) 'ill look into it' (literally nothing more)- 2 weeks from then, after further emails still no response. Going to have to issue proceedings against them to get my money back. Such an unprofessional company. Shop elsewhere and AVOID them.

tried sending a polo shirt back as it was to large, sent a as per website instruction, signed for delivery by royal mail. The parcel could not be delivered to the address listed on their website, and was returned to me. I emailed the company twice and finally got a one line response saying send again! after i had paid the shipping charge, they wanted me to pay the shipping charge again to the same address. If you purchase from this company do not try and send goods back - customer service crap!!

The customer service is atrocious. They simply just do not respond, once you recieve your order don’t expect any help with exchanges or any questions you have with this company. Ive emailed them and called the shop. And no response. My return has been there for 5 days who knows when i will recieve my exchange i tried asking them but of course no response. Terrible.
