T this is the worst company I have ever…

T this is the worst company I have ever done business with. I ordered a size medium, and a blouse, and I received an extra large. I took pictures of the of the blouse size and the size on the sack that the glass came in all saying extra large
. After numerous responses on how they know how disappointing it must be, they offered a 20% discount for me to keep the shirt that would fit an elephant. Don’t trust this company with your money.

Total regret ordering from this…

Total regret ordering from this company. Ordered on 09.26.2026. Received 10.18.2026. Ordered Colette High Neck Sweater size small and received large. Ordered 2 by mistake but they would not edit the ordered. Sweater are tee shirt material, see through. Tried to return and they requested pictures of the items. Refusing to refund fully. They will refund 20% only.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. Tried to reach customer service by email received one of four items ordered. The one I received didn’t fit. Called their numbe it’s been disconnected. I asked my cc company to stop payment

Appalling customer service.

They sent the wrong size item (XL instead of M): Here is the response from Customer Service:

After reviewing your concern, please note that Asian sizing differs from US sizing, and Asian sizes can run larger than US sizes. The size label may therefore differ from what you’re accustomed to seeing.

We understand the confusion and appreciate your patience.

Complete nonsense.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I had a very disappointing experience with Maison Mayne. I purchased sweaters that were not flattering on me and did not fit as I expected. When I contacted customer service to request a return, I was repeatedly asked to provide photos and additional explanations rather than being given straightforward return instructions.

Despite my attempts to resolve the matter, I have been left without a satisfactory resolution and have struggled to get a response.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that Maison Mayne advertises a 30-day, hassle-free return policy. My experience was anything but hassle-free.

Based on my experience, I would encourage other customers to carefully review the return policy and consider the potential difficulties of returning items before purchasing. The way a company treats customers after a sale matters just as much as the products it sells.

The item I received was not the same as…

The item I received was not the same as pictured on the website. It was made of cheap material and did not fit the description. I requested a refund and sent pictures of the item I received compared to the picture on the website. They said they saw no difference in the item I received and the one pictured on their website, but offered me a 20% partial refund and said that I could keep the item. I accepted the refund, but threw the item in the trash. I will not buy from them again.

Disappointed in qualify of the skirt

Disappointed in qualify of the skirt. Came with a button missing on waistband. Could tell needle had gone through material though.Do not like the hem of the skirt. The closure over the zipper is not good tends to expose the zipper. Material is very light wait . Good for summer not fall and winter. I could sew that way myself. Sizing is not. Ordered a size larger and still didn’t fit.

I purchased shoes on line

I purchased shoes on line. I ordered a size 7, received a 10.5. I contacted them immediately to let them know they shipped the wrong size, I sent them photos of the shoes, packaging, order etc. They deny they shipped the wrong size. They won't give me a return address. Every day I get an email offering discounts that started at 20% and keep the shoes and every day progresses which is now at 80% and keep the shoes. I have disputed the payment through PayPal but this company is obviously a scam.

I ordered a skirt in size M, which turned out much smaller than a usual M. There is no size guide on the website, so it's impossible to choose the right size. I exercised my right of withdrawal within the deadline and asked several times for the return address. The answer: no address, but "partial refund" offers that kept increasing (20%, 30%, 40%, 50%), and a refusal of the return, even though their own policy and European law provide for it. I have the impression that everything is being done to avoid having to refund me. The right of return is a right, not a favor. Be careful before ordering.

J'ai commandé une jupe en taille M, beaucoup plus petite qu'un M habituel. Aucun guide des tailles n'existe sur le site, donc impossible de choisir la bonne taille. J'ai exercé mon droit de rétractation dans les délais et demandé plusieurs fois l'adresse de retour. Réponse : aucune adresse, mais des offres de « remboursement partiel » de plus en plus élevées (20 %, 30 %, 40 %, 50 %), et un refus du retour, alors que leur propre politique et le droit européen le prévoient. J'ai l'impression que tout est fait pour ne pas avoir à rembourser. Le droit de retour est un droit, pas une faveur. Soyez prudents avant de commander.
